招募｜2024云南山谷基地足球营｜令人期待的暑期特别训练营｜西班牙人上海学院

7月中旬我们将前往云南昆明这座风景优美，气候宜人的城市，举办我们的2024云南山谷基地足球营。

昆明是一座四季如春的城市，夏季的昆明并不炎热，最高气温约在25-30摄氏度之间，这样的气候对于夏季足球训练营来说非常适宜。

In mid-July, we will travel to Kunming, Yunnan, a beautiful city with pleasant weather, to hold our Yunnan Football Special Training Camp.

Kunming is a city with a spring-like climate throughout the year. In the summer, Kunming is not excessively hot, with temperatures ranging from approximately 25-30 degrees Celsius. This climate is very suitable for summer football training camps.

科化天空足球基地

科化天空足球基地坐落在山丘环绕之中的半山腰上，也是本次训练营使用的训练基地。科化天空足球基地按欧洲职业俱乐部标准设计建造，由英国专业设计师团队设计。基地内设有4片11人制职业级真草训练场与1座可容纳10000多名观众的标准11人制足球场。

The Ke Hua Tian Kong Football Base is situated on a hillside surrounded by hills and serves as the training base for this camp. Designed and constructed according to the standards of European professional clubs, the Ke Hua Tian Kong Football Base was created by a team of professional designers from the United Kingdom. The base features four professional-grade natural grass training pitches for 11-a-side matches and a standard 11-a-side football stadium with a seating capacity of over 10,000 spectators.

训练基地配有先进的训练配套设施，职业级更衣室，淋浴房，水疗池，室内训练房，会议室等等完善的配套设施。

The training base is equipped with state-of-the-art training facilities, including professional-grade locker rooms, shower rooms, a hydrotherapy pool, an indoor training room, a conference room, and other comprehensive amenities.

队员们将在这个群山环绕的职业级足球训练基地内完成每天的训练与比赛，获得无与伦比的足球体验，教练可以方便的进行室外或室内各类训练指导，在训练结束后小队员们可以舒适的沐浴更衣，也可去水疗池放松一下身体肌肉，解除训练带来的疲劳感。

The players will complete their daily training and matches in this professional-grade football training base surrounded by mountains, providing them with an unparalleled football experience. Coaches can conveniently provide outdoor or indoor training guidance. After the training sessions, the young players can comfortably shower and change, or relax their muscles in the hydrotherapy pool to alleviate fatigue from training.

由专业西班牙教练团队设计并执行

训练营的训练计划着重技术练习，以及个人技术的合理运用，提高比赛对抗中决策能力。通过训练与比赛相结合的方式，要求队员在经过多次的训练课练习后，在比赛中使用这些技术能力，在比赛后教练将根据比赛反应的情况，在下一个练习中有针对性的选择一些比赛中出现的情境设计模拟练习，有针对性的提高这方面的技术或决策能力。

The training plan of the training camp focuses on technical exercises and the practical application of individual skills to improve decision-making abilities during competitive matches. By combining training with matches, players are expected to use their acquired technical abilities in actual game situations after multiple training sessions. Coaches will then incorporate feedback from the matches to design targeted simulated exercises in the next training session, aimed at improving specific technical or decision-making skills based on the observed match situations.

在云南也有很多热爱足球的孩子组成的俱乐部或学校的队伍。足球交流赛作为本次训练营的一个重要足球交流活动，将邀请云南当地的青少年足球队与我们的队员来一场精彩的足球交流赛。在赛场上我们将鼓励双方的孩子们勇于展现自己的球技，同时教练也将通过实战教学指导，让孩子们更深刻的理解欧洲现代足球在比赛中是如何实现与运用的。通过足球比赛小队员们也将与当地的孩子们有更多的交集与话题，留下关于足球友谊的美好记忆。

In Yunnan, there are also clubs or school teams composed of children who love football. As an important football exchange activity in this training camp, we will invite local youth football teams from Yunnan to have an exciting football exchange match with our team. On the field, we will encourage children from both sides to show their football skills, and the coaches will provide guidance through practical teaching, allowing the children to have a deeper understanding of how European modern football is implemented and utilized in matches. Through football matches, our young players will also have more interactions and topics to discuss with local children, creating wonderful memories of football friendship.

训练营对于孩子们来说并不止于技术训练，是对于孩子们各方面能力的培养与教育，这样的交流比赛也将让孩子们感受到，足球虽然是一项对抗性运动，同时也是一项社交性团队运动，在比赛中你不仅需要开朗的与队友大声呼应、实时交流，同时也要学会尊重对手，乐于迎接对手的挑战，礼貌的处理好对抗中的摩擦，用球技赢得对手的尊重等。

The training camp is not just about technical training for the children, but also about cultivating and educating their various abilities. Such exchange matches will allow the children to experience that while football is a competitive sport, it is also a social and team-oriented activity. In the matches, they not only need to communicate loudly and effectively with their teammates but also learn to respect their opponents and embrace their challenges. They should handle conflicts during the game in a polite manner and earn the respect of their opponents through their skills.

云南民族村位于昆明市区南侧，是昆明旅游的热门去处。村内有1:1建造的傣族、白族、彝族等25个少数民族的村寨，而且各有不同的民俗、工艺表演等，一日内就可以遍览云南众多民族的风情。

Yunnan Ethnic Village is located on the southern side of Kunming city. It is a popular destination for tourism in Kunming. The village consists of 25 ethnic villages representing various minority groups such as Dai, Bai, Yi, and more, each built in a 1:1 ratio. Each village showcases their unique customs, craft demonstrations, and more, allowing visitors to experience the diverse cultures of Yunnan's many ethnic groups in just one day.

滇池，亦称昆明湖，云南省最大的淡水湖，有“高原明珠”之称。滇池风光秀丽，为中国国家级旅游度假区。滇池为地震断层陷落型湖泊，其外形似一弯新月，其水域群山环抱，河流纵横，良田万顷。滇池既有湖泊的秀丽，又有大海的气魄。‍‍‍‍‍‍‍

Dianchi Lake, also known as Kunming Lake, is the largest freshwater lake in Yunnan Province, China, and is often referred to as the "Pearl of the Plateau." It is a beautiful scenic area and a national-level tourist resort. Dianchi Lake is a faulted and subsided lake, resembling a crescent in shape. It is surrounded by mountains, crisscrossed by rivers, and dotted with vast fertile fields. Dianchi Lake combines the beauty of a lake with the grandeur of the sea.

RCDE YUNNAN FOOTBALL SUMMER CAMP

昆明市石林风景区是被誉为“天下第一奇观”和“阿诗玛故乡”的国际重点风景名胜区，并已被联合国文教科评为“世界地质公园”，“世界自然遗产风光”，是世界上唯一处于亚热带高原地区的卡斯特地质地貌奇观。石林景区包括“二林、二湖、二洞、一瀑、一园”八个片区，它们分别是大小石林；长湖和月湖；奇风洞和芝云洞；大叠水瀑布以及圭山国家森林公园。

The Shilin Scenic Area in Kunming City is internationally renowned as the "First Wonder of the World" and the hometown of Ashima. It is an important international scenic spot and has been designated as a "World Geopark" and a "World Natural Heritage Site" by UNESCO. It is the only karst geological wonder located in the subtropical plateau region. The Shilin Scenic Area consists of eight main areas known as "Er Lin, Er Hu, Er Dong, Yi Pu, Yi Yuan." They are the Large and Small Stone Forests, Changhu Lake and Yuehu Lake, Qifeng Cave and Zhiyun Cave, Dadie Waterfall, and the Guishan National Forest Park.

RCDE YUNNAN FOOTBALL SUMMER CAMP

我们入住的酒店坐落于昆明高新区，安全舒适、简约时尚，配置齐全。酒店服务贴心细致，配备洗衣房，可以在营期内为孩子们提供洗衣服务。酒店距离球场18分钟车程，交通便捷。

The hotel we will be staying at is located in the Kunming High-tech Zone. It offers a safe, comfortable, and stylish environment with complete facilities. The hotel provides attentive and meticulous service, including a laundry room where laundry services can be provided for the children during the camp. The hotel is conveniently located, with a travel time of 18 minutes to the stadium, ensuring easy transportation.

营期内孩子们运动量大，营养的餐食必不可少，酒店将提供营养搭配均衡，种类丰富，美味可口的每日三餐，保障孩子们每日的营养补充。

During the camp, the children will engage in high levels of physical activity, and nutritious meals are essential. The hotel will provide well-balanced, diverse, and delicious daily meals, ensuring that the children receive adequate nutrition throughout their stay.

在训练和比赛的闲暇时间，晚餐后的休息时光，孩子们通常会进行小聚会。他们会与教练一起玩桌游、狼人杀等团队游戏（包括中英文版本）。通过这些团队社交游戏，孩子们在一个独立自由的环境中互相了解，增进感情，并锻炼他们在团队中的适应能力和社交能力。

During their free time from training and competitions, as well as during their evening rest periods, the children usually have small gatherings. They play board games and social deduction games like Werewolf (in both Chinese and English) with their coaches. Through these group social games, the children get to know each other better, strengthen their bonds, and develop their adaptability and social skills within a team environment .

从飞机抵达昆明开始，将由专用的巴士连接各个地点的交通出行。无论是前往基地训练与比赛，还是景点出游都将十分的便捷。

From the moment the plane arrives in Kunming, dedicated buses will facilitate transportation between various locations. Whether traveling to the base for training and competitions or visiting tourist attractions, it will be very convenient.
