“4月初，我们冲出了国门，踏上了西班牙的足球沃土！”
2023年4月初，皇家西班牙人足球俱乐部上海学院的18名队员奔赴西班牙，参加了位于巴塞罗那的ESPANYOL 1900 国际杯赛。
At the beginning of April 2023, 21 members of the RCD Espanyol Shanghai Academy went to Spain to participate in the ESPANYOL 1900 Cup in Barcelona.
ESPANYOL 1900 是由西甲-皇家西班牙人足球俱乐部官方组织的国际杯赛，参赛队伍由皇家西班牙人俱乐部位于世界各地的足球学院队伍参加，并邀请了多支巴塞罗那当地的俱乐部梯队参赛。
The ESPANYOL 1900 Cup is a competition officially organized by La Liga football club RCD Espanyol. The teams participated including the football academies of the RCDl Espanyol Club around the world, and a number of Barcelona local clubs.

总体上，西班牙足球联赛体系分8个等级，除了我们熟知的西甲（La Liga）和西乙（La Liga 2）之外，还有1个丙级联赛（Segunda División B）与5个等级的业余联赛，共数千个足球俱乐部分散注册在金字塔结构的联赛体系中，低级别的联赛队伍更多。
每赛季8个等级的联赛中，每个等级的前2-3名都可以依次上升到上面一个等级。

在西班牙，无论是职业俱乐部，还是业余俱乐部，都有着悠久的历史，有着完整的青训培养体系与各个年龄梯队，全国有统一的青少年联赛体系，每个年龄也会分为4-5个不同级别的联赛。
比如我们这次有幸遇到的巴塞罗那当地的CAN RULL俱乐部梯队的2支队伍，分别参加了第一与第二级别的西班牙青少年联赛。
In Spain, both professional and amateur clubs have a long history. They have a complete youth training system and teams of all ages. “在为期5天的ESPANYOL 1900杯赛中，我们遇到了西班牙本地的俱乐部队伍，欧洲其他国家的西班牙人学院队伍。在与西班牙本地的俱乐部队伍对抗过程中，感受到了西班牙孩子对于足球理解的深刻。”
他们个人小技术动作不错，但并不是很细腻或者说不是按我们中国传统观念的那种标准。而一旦进入比赛环节，他们所展现出来的感觉是一名真正球员的样子，动作幅度大而舒展，控球、传球、过人的节奏都运用非常的合理，假动作也很多。
During the 5-days ESPANYOL 1900 Cup, we met teams from local clubs and academies from other European countries. During the competitions with the local clubs, We felt the Spanish children's good understanding of football. Their technique are good, but not as good as our Chinese usually thought.

我们的队员们虽然也完全了解对手的打法，因为都在西班牙体系之下，不过对手的决策与节奏非常的快，就算有些并不是技术很好的对方球员，他们也会去利用自己身体的优势或节奏的突然变化来坚决的发动压迫与进攻。让我们只用2个字能形容：“奔放”。
But when the game starts, they act like a real footballer, with large and stretched movements, a very reasonable rhythm of ball control, passing, and dribbling, along with many deceptive moves. Although our players fully understand the opponent's style of play because they are also has been training with Spanish coach, however our opponent's decision-making and game play are much faster. Even if some opponent players are not so skillful, still they will use their own physical advantage or sudden change of pace to resolutely launch pressing and attack. We can only describe them in 2 Chinese character "Ben Fang(Passionate)".

虽然我们与对方在场上拼杀得很凶，双方的身体接触都非常有侵略性，我们的队员也非常不服气，甚至打出了比平时多一倍的侵略性，一场比赛下来身体感觉要散架。但是很有意思的是比赛一结束，西班牙的小球员与我们相互拥抱或握手，非常的亲切，也非常的老练。在整场比赛中，我们会感觉他们的行为举止是一群电视转播中踢球的职业球员，只是缩小了。
Although we fought fiercely with each other on the field, the physical contact of both sides was very aggressive, and our players were also very unyielding, and even played twice as aggressively as usual. They even felt their body is going to fall apart after every game. But what is very interesting is that after the game finished, the young Spanish players hugged or shook hands with us, very kind and very sophisticated. Throughout the game we would feel like they were behaving like a bunch of pros like those we used to saw in TV, just scaled down.

The independent and passionate character displayed by the local club players are exactly what we lack of. These are aspects that need to be considered in the Chinese school and family environment. Our children lack independent activities with their peers (without the presence of parents), and they have no chance to practice their independent thinking, socialize independently, solve difficulties independently, and organize pick-up football independently.

此外，在西班牙的足球比赛中，没有任何的家长会走入到比赛场地与队员或教练站在一起，大多数球场都有看台或者隔离挡，家长们也都习惯了在看台上轻松的享受孩子们的踢球时光，在球场上孩子需要喝水了，需要换衣服或擦汗都会自己解决，在球场上怎么踢，他自己决定，教练会进行提醒与指导，他们可以全身心的沉浸的整场比赛之中。这个方面我们此行的家长都做得非常好，整个过程也是非常的ENJOY。

“足球比赛在我们的理念中，我们与对手并不是对立的，在一个公平竞赛的环境中，如果能遇到一个出色的对手，那是非常有价值的。”
很多时候球员的个人能力（不光是技术），是被强大的对手逼出来的，但也需要相对合适的对手，如果差距太大双方都没有锻炼的意义。
此行每场比赛，我们的队员们在西班牙足球氛围的带动下，也变的开朗很多，他们后面几场比赛也开始非常主动的与对手握手、拥抱，那一瞬间我们感觉他们长大了，男人味十足。

所以在比赛中，我们不止提高了足球能力，我们也在个性上有所成长，比赛环境，比赛规范，联赛的众多分级，与不同强度对手的交锋，对于中国青少年足球成长可以说至关重要，但我们要做的也是任重道远，我们首先要从心底里认可青少年比赛是一次难能可贵的交流，这样我们就不会有年龄造假，张冠李戴，功利打法等等陈旧陋习。

在赛程的间隙空闲时间，球员们去参观了皇家西班人队主场——RCDE球场，小球员们去到RCDE主场的每一个区域，球场、媒体厅、球员更衣室等等，全方位了解一名西甲职业球员如何进行赛前准备，以及赛后放松理疗，球队赛后发布会在哪里举行等，实地感受职业球员的比赛环境。
During the time slot between the games, we had a tour to the home of the RCD Espanyol - RCDE Stadium. 在RCDE球场中也设有球队的历史纪念馆，皇家西班牙人足球队1900年就已经成立，在西甲联赛还没成立前就已经成立了！看着一张张黑白的旧照片，队员们可以感受到俱乐部前辈们在当时对于足球的热爱与努力，在历史长河中他们促进了足球运动的进步与发展。
