PART 1 TRAINING
精心设计的训练内容
2025的寒假即将到来，皇家西班牙人足球俱乐部上海学院的西班牙教练团队精心设计了个人技术的强化训练课，足球训练营将着重提升队员的个人控球，带球突破能力，团队配合与进攻，防守与射门终结等多方面的学习。让队员提升个人能力的同时了解西班牙先进的足球知识，了解在足球比赛中多种复杂情景下如何做出合理的决策。
The winter vacation of 2025 is approaching, and the Spanish coaching team at the RCD ESPANYOL Shanghai Academy has designed individual technical training sessions. The football training camp will focus on enhancing players’ personal ball control and dribbling skills, teamwork in offense and defense, as well as finishing techniques. This will not only improve individual capabilities but also provide players with an understanding of advanced Spanish football knowledge, including how to make reasonable decisions in various complex situations during matches.
PART 2 GAME
令人兴奋的比赛
本次寒假营将组织一场对抗赛，教练将通过比赛，指导队员学习5人制比赛，与7人制比赛。最后的比赛日一定是队员们最期待的时刻，也是足球运动的竞技魅力所在，比赛不仅能让队员们在实战中锻炼自己的技术能力，决策能力，以及提升对于足球比赛不同情景下的感悟与理解。同时也能磨砺孩子们的个性，反应能力，交流沟通能力，抗压能力等等都将获得提升。
This winter camp will organize a friendly match, where the coaches will guide the players through the experience of playing both 5-a-side and 7-a-side football. The final match day will undoubtedly be the most anticipated moment for the players, showcasing the competitive charm of the sport. The matches will not only allow players to practice their technical skills and decision-making abilities in real game situations, but also enhance their understanding and perception of different scenarios in football. Additionally, this experience will help develop the children's personalities, reaction skills, communication abilities, and resilience, among other qualities.

TRAINING STRUCTURE AND CONTENTS
训练结构与内容
DAY1
训练日1
在第一个训练日，我们将专注于练习控球与持球的能力，当我们比赛时我们需要尽可能的将球控制在身边直到我们有更好的支持或出球的机会。在这次训练中将学习到什么是正确的控球方法以及一次好的触球对于下一步传球的重要性。这些方面将帮助我们在比赛中表现得更好。

进攻配合练习（2vs1，3vs1，3vs2）
Attacking summative situations (2vs1, 3vs1, 3vs2)
小场地比赛，旨在保持球权，并增强团队合作能力。
Small Side Games to keep the ball and work on our teamwork.
DAY3
训练日3
防守1对1（抢球、铲球）和1对1射门（带球射门和不带球射门）
Defensive 1vs1 (recovering ball, tackle) and 1vs1 finish (with dribble, without dribble).
防守2对1（阻止推进、控制节奏）和2对1射门
Defensive 2vs1 (avoid progression, temporization) and 2vs1 finishing.
禁区防守（阻止射门、拦截）和禁区内的射门情境
Defense of the box (avoid shooting, interception) and finishing situations inside the box.
DAY4
训练日4
训练日四：比赛
最后一天，我们将举行一场比赛锦标赛。每位球员都将有机会享受并参与不同的比赛，展示他们的竞争精神，同时享受比赛的乐趣。
FOURTH DAY: COMPETITION
The last day we will play a tournament. Every player will be able to enjoy and play different games against each other, showing their competitive spirit and having fun.
