痔疮的形成
Hemorrhoids, also known as piles, are swollen veins in the lower part of your rectum and anus. They can occur inside the anus or under the skin around the anus.
痔疮，又称痔，是指直肠和肛门下端静脉充血肿大。它们可能发生于肛门内部或肛周皮肤下。
Hemorrhoids are formed when the veins around or inside your anus stretch under pressure and swell or bulge out.
痔疮是肛周或肛门内部的静脉在压力下拉伸，肿胀或凸出形成的。
Hemorrhoids can develop because of straining during a bowel movement, constipation, sitting for long periods of time on the toilet, being overweight, getting older, or because of increased pressure on these veins during pregnancy.
痔疮可能由排便用力、便秘、长时间蹲马桶、超重、衰老，或者是怀孕期间静脉所受的压力增加导致。
Symptoms of hemorrhoids include bleeding during bowel movements, pain, itching or irritation around the anus, swelling or bulging around the anus, or a lump near the anus.
痔疮的症状包括排便期间出血、疼痛、肛周瘙痒或刺激、肛周肿胀或鼓胀，或肛门附近肿块。
Hemorrhoids may also protrude or stick out from the anus. Hemorrhoids are not usually dangerous, but it is very important to see your doctor if you notice any bleeding during bowel movements. This can also be a sign of more serious medical conditions and should be checked.
痔疮也可能从肛门突出或伸出。痔疮通常并不危险，但如果排便时出现任何出血，请务必咨询医生！这也可能是更严重疾病的征象，应该进行检查。
Treatment for hemorrhoids may include warm baths, creams, medicine or surgery is needed as advised by your doctor.

Increasing the fiber in your diet may help to reduce constipation and straining by producing softer stools that are easier to pass. This decreased the pressure on the veins in the anus.
