改造小剧场在商场深处散发新活力
当下体验型商业(消费)深受大众喜爱,越来越多的线下演唱会渐渐在全国风靡,能举行多样化表演(脱口秀、话剧、儿童剧、LiveHouse)的小型社区剧场,成为年轻人假日休闲的新宠。
At present, experiential business (consumption) is deeply loved by the public, and an increasing number of offline concerts are gaining popularity nationwide. Small community theaters capable of hosting a variety of performances (talk shows, drama, children's plays, LiveHouse) have emerged as the new favorite among young people for holiday entertainment.

The project is situated on the LG level of Heda Central City, in the Shibei District of Qingdao, Shandong Province, near the shopping mall's atrium.
经调研青岛市大小剧场以老城区旅游景点为核心集中在市南区附近,本项目以新都心片区为主,辐射市北区北部,丰富市民文娱生活。
According to research, the various theaters in Qingdao are concentrated near the Shinan district, with the old city area as the core tourist attraction. This project focuses on the Xinduxin area, radiating to the northern part of the Shinan district and enriching the cultural and entertainment life of citizens.

受业主大红礼娱公司的委托在商场内原有的两个商铺合并,改造为一个以戏剧演出、咖啡休闲、排练教室、辅助办公为主的多功能复合空间。业主希望在原有传统剧场的基础上增加饮品区域,可以为候场观众提供“秋天的第一杯奶茶”的同时,也能起到吸引商场内人流的作用。水吧区作为剧场的新功能,展现了多生态小剧场的新形式。
Commissioned by Dahongli Entertainment Company, the two pre-existing shops within the mall have been consolidated and converted into a multifunctional space primarily featuring drama performances, café lounges, rehearsal classrooms, and auxiliary offices. The company aims to incorporate a beverage area within the traditional theater, offering the waiting audience their "first cup of autumn milk tea" and thereby drawing in more foot traffic to the mall. The addition of a water bar area introduces a novel form of the multi-ecological small theater.
设计方案基于中国传统建筑中拱门的设计元素,结合剧场的空间特点,用“门”概念给观众创造入戏的情景条件——门内门外,赏戏入剧。除此之外,拱门的元素还体现在了剧场的很多设计细节,例如水吧区的艺术墙,走廊区的灯带等。
The design concept draws from the arches found in traditional Chinese architecture, aligning with the theater's spatial characteristics, and employs the "door" concept to set the scene for the audience to immerse themselves in the play—both inside and outside the doors, they are welcomed into the world of the play. Moreover, the arches' elements are further showcased in the theater's various design details, like the artistic wall in the water bar area and the lighting strips in the corridor.

剧场主入口处采用柔和的弧线处理形式,拱门造型结合幕布的设计,形成一个具有仪式感的入口等候区,同时又兼顾引导客流的作用。为了更加凸显入口的弧度,我们在垭口的部分采用多层线脚作为拱门的收口,垭口背灯打在红墙上,给原本简单的入口增加柔和的氛围。
The theater's main entrance features a gently curved design, blending an arch with a curtain element to create an entry area with a ceremonial feel, effectively managing passenger flow. To accentuate the curvature of the entrance, we employed multiple layers of moldings to finish the arch at the entry, with backlighting behind the arch casting on the red wall, enhancing the soft ambiance of the otherwise simple entrance.

为了保证剧场观影体验,在隔音上我们选用了聚酯纤维吸音板,其具有吸音隔热保温特性,且通过声学检测,吸声系数满足国家标准。
To ensure an optimal theater viewing experience, we've opted for polyester fiber sound-absorbing panels for their sound insulation, thermal insulation, and sound absorption properties. These panels have been tested acoustically and meet the national standards for sound absorption coefficient.

观众席采用厂家定制电动伸缩式看台,占地面积152㎡的10排可伸缩座椅,拉开可容纳150人观影,收起时场地可具备做展览、互动式舞台以及满足举办沉浸式舞台剧、LiveHouse等功能。
The auditorium features custom-made electric retractable seating, consisting of 10 rows of seats spanning 152 square meters. When extended, it can seat 150 people for film screenings. When retracted, the space transforms into an ideal setting for exhibitions, interactive stages, immersive theater productions, and LiveHouse concerts among other events.

剧场在改造前,呈现了毛坯的状态,墙面、顶部的天花和地面,都蒙了厚厚一层土,大部分是粗野的水泥柱与剥落的墙皮。进入场地,通过灯光的照射,在光影变幻之间,我们结合业主导演的需求的,慢慢将空间的功能规划出来。
Before the renovation, the theater exhibited a raw state, with walls, ceilings, and floors encrusted with a thick layer of dirt, predominantly featuring unadorned concrete pillars and peeling paint. Upon entering the space, under the illumination of lights, we meticulously defined the spatial layout in accordance with the owner-director's requirements, as shadows and light shifted in unison.

将原有场地清理出来后,我们测量了现场尺寸,结合现有条件我们将场地内四根柱子限定为所需面积最大的功能空间——观众区,按照专业剧场演出人员(化妆——候场——表演——退场)的流线原则我们将舞台区设在观众席西侧,并依次将化妆间、排练厅、候场台和舞台按照从南至北的顺序排列。同时在观众区西侧靠近商场中庭的位置,也是商场人流聚集的位置,布置水吧,可作为观众区等候区域,或可供业主独立经营。
After clearing the original space, we measured its dimensions and, considering existing conditions, allocated the four pillars to the audience area, the largest functional space required. Adhering to the flow principles of professional theater performers—makeup, staging, performance, and exit—we placed the stage to the west of the audience, arranging the makeup room, rehearsal hall, waiting area, and stage from south to north. Additionally, a water bar has been set up on the west side of the audience area, near the mall's atrium—a highly trafficked spot—serving as a waiting area for the audience or available for independent business use by the property owners.
