Your Role as a Tax Preparer
Engage with clients on their personal income tax narratives.
Seamlessly manage client intake, set appointments, and keep their data.
Diligently organize personal and tax documents.
Harness the power of ProFile tax software, crafting precise T1 returns.
Fetch client tax details from the CRA system, ensuring data integrity.
Maintain our T1 client database, ensuring organization and clarity.
Monitor client case statuses, ensuring no deadline goes unmet.
Collaborate with our Tax Manager, spearheading various related tasks.
Candidates we expecting would be like
Education background not essential. Golden Touch will provide systematic trainings.
Proficient in Excel and adeptness with office management tools.
Exceptional organizational prowess coupled with acute attention to detail.
The capability to handle a high workload and meet tight deadlines.
Robust analytical and research skills, complemented by professional customer service.
Fluent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A collaborative spirit, yet the ability to independently drive tasks.
Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
