地球充满了危机，人类造出的核弹可以轻易地毁灭地球100次！中东地区战火连连，东亚也不太平，不期而遇的俄乌战争已经打了1000多天，乌克兰美丽的家园已经残垣断壁，伤痕累累，流民四处，目不忍睹；昔日的沙皇帝国也开始穷途末路了。
无法控制的战争，带来的终将是人类的毁灭，谁都无法从中受益，无论是战争的发动者，抑或是旁观者！
该如何保护我们的这个蓝色的星球不要被人类自己毁灭呢，而不是我们认为的那些狼虫虎豹等危险动物呢？
我想起了2018年夏天，南京芳草园小学郭文红老师到丹麦安徒生国际幼儿师范学院分享的“一张著名的小学毕业照”的故事：
希特勒上小学的时候，考试成绩不好，而班上一位犹太同学维特根斯坦的成绩特别好。维特根斯坦和其他成绩好的学生得到了老师的宠爱，而希特勒等“差生“则被冷眼。
在这张毕业照上，学习好的同学都靠近老师，111岁的希特勒站在了最后一排，两臂交叉，吊儿郎当，愤愤不平。
一个大大的恨字已经写在了希特勒的小脸上。
也因此有了他对世界带来的毁灭性打击！
坐在老师旁白的好孩子名字叫维特根斯坦，在刀郎歌曲《罗刹海市》里就有他的名字：“西边的欧钢有老板，生儿维特根斯坦。”
维特根斯坦却是一个善良的人，他把家产都捐给了需要的人，去当小学老师，去研究哲学，虽然过着苦行僧般的生活，他却在认真地思考人生的意义和价值。维特根斯坦说我的语言的界限就是我的宇宙的界限。所以，他在不断图片自己语言的界限，拓展着自己对世界的感受范围。所以，他拥有了常人难以拥有的人生经验。
维特根死前最后一句话是：我已经过上了非常精彩的人生！
如果当年的希特勒遇到了一位富有爱心的小学老师，那么，他心中种下的就是一个“爱的种子”，就会开出美丽的花朵，人类就可以避免一场巨大的悲剧，也许他还会得到诺贝儿和平奖呢！
一个国家美好的基础是在幼儿园里形成的，一个国家强盛的希望则是在小学老师的讲台上完成的。优秀的幼儿园园长和小学校长懂得如何在孩子们的心里种下一颗爱的种子。这颗种子，在关键时刻，就像是那个“比利时第一公民小于连”一样，将会成功地浇灭一场场大爆炸，阻止一次次大危机。
在当今AI时代里，儿童教育工作者们最重要的任务已经不是让孩子们在试卷上考100分了，分数的重要性已经大大的降低了。培养他们成为一个像小于连这样的富有爱心的好孩子，培养他们生活的情趣，这才是老师们应该考虑的大事情。
爱心是人类延续的DNA！
天才是天生的，培养天才，不是我们这些小学老师的责任，我们也没有那么大的能力。
而培养一群天使，则是我们这些小学老师义不容辞的责任！
小学老师是阻止战争的发生的第一责任人，千万不要把恨字写进你班孩子们的心中，那是你当老师最大的失败。
The grade school teacher plays a key role in keeping peace!
Our planet's in a pickle, and those man-made nukes could zap Earth into oblivion, easy! The Middle East's caught in a never-ending loop of wars, and East Asia's no picnic either. The unexpected clash between Russia and Ukraine has gone on for over a thousand days, leaving Ukraine's once stunning land torn to shreds, with heart-wrenching scenes of refugees everywhere. Even the Russian Tsar Vladimir Putin is teetering on the edge of collapse.
A war that spins out of control could spell doom for us all, and there's no upside, whether you started it or just watched from the sidelines.
How do we shield our blue planet from human destruction, it's much scary than beasts like lions or snakes we often think of?
I recall the summer of 2018 when Guo Wenhong, a teacher from Fangcao Garden Primary School in Nanjing, shared the tale of "a well-known primary school graduation pic" at the Andersen International Kindergarten College in Denmark.
When Hitler was a kid in grade school, he didn't make a good grade, while his Jewish buddy Wittgenstein aced every test. Wittgenstein and the other brainy kids were the teacher's pets, while Hitler and the not-so-stellar students got the cold shoulder.
In that pic, the A-list kids are all sit nearby the teacher, while 11-year-old Hitler's sulking in the back row with his arms folded.
You can see a frown of disdain already etched on Hitler's little face.
Hence the destruction he brought to the world!
The teacher's pet, Wittgenstein, is mentioned in Daolang Song's "Luosha Haishi": "There is a boss at the Europe Steel, with a son named Wittgenstein."
Wittgenstein is a kind man, he donated all the family property to the people in need, to become a grade school teacher, to study philosophy, although living an ascetic life, he is seriously thinking about the meaning and value of life. Wittgenstein said that the boundaries of my language are the boundaries of my universe, so he is constantly pushing the boundaries of his language and expanding the range of his life experience to the world. As a result, he has a rich life experience that is difficult for ordinary people to have.
Wittgenstein's last words before his death were "I have lived a very wonderful life."
If Hitler had a caring teacher back in the day, maybe love's seed would've taken root in his heart and bloomed into something beautiful. We could've dodged a massive tragedy, and he might've even snagged a Nobel Peace Prize!
A nation's greatness starts in the Kindergarten and is nurtured by grade school teachers at the front of the class. Top-notch kindergarten directors and primary school principals know how to plant that love seed in kids' hearts. That seed, in a pinch, can be as powerful as "Belgium's first citizen, Manneken Pis," who defused a series of bombs and averted crises.
In today's AI age, educators' top job isn't to ace exams but to grow little loving heroes like Manneken Pis, to cultivate their interest in life, this is the big thing that teachers should consider.
Love is the secret sauce of our species!
Genius is born, training genius, is not the responsibility of us grade school teachers, we do not have so much ability.
But turning a bunch of kids into angels? That's a duty we can't sidestep!
A grade school teacher is the first line of defense against war. Never, ever let "hate" take root in your students' hearts in class. If you do, you've failed as a teacher.
