先做股骨干+股骨颈；然后是骨盆；最后是髋臼后壁，其解释如下
My personal opinion is:
1) femur first as a priority: retodrade nail, can be life saving and quick and easy to do in a sick patient).
2) If stable then fix the pelvis: it’s not badly displaced, but would be good to get done for hemorrhage control, also can be done in the same Jackson flat table as femur so no need to change beds.
3) Posterior wall last: needs lateral or prone approach and more blood loss which isn’t ideal in a sick patient. Also hip is reduced and he’s in traction so less urgent than the other injuries.
