1- Debride and washout the open fractures
2- Anatomically reduce and lag the proximal fracture.
3- Distal fracture was comminuted and couldn’t lag, so mini fragment plate was used to anatomically reduce and fix it.
4- Once both fractures were reduced we checked the radial head reduction.
5- Next the plate was contoured and placed, fixed with one screw proximal and distal, and the radial head reduction was checked again. If radial head isn’t reduce need to adjust plate contour.
6- Fill in the plate with more screws.
