总部位于北京的盈科律师事务所于近日正式开设英国伦敦办公室，进一步推进其于2026年前开设100家国际办公室的计划。
目前，该所已在英国、德国、西班牙、法国、意大利、匈牙利、葡萄牙7个欧洲国家开设了9家分支机构。
据悉，盈科伦敦分所将由执行主任祁舒律师领导。伦敦办公室的核心业务领域包括：公司和并购，银行和金融，知识产权，私人客户，信托与财税等。
祁律师专注于国内和国际并购、重大资产重组、跨境投融资、合规、国际争议解决以及国际私人财富领域。在加入盈科之前，祁律师曾在中伦律师事务所、大成律师事务所以及Gateley PLC律师事务所工作。
盈科在一份新闻稿中表示，入驻伦敦金融城的办公室，是其持续深化全球布局、提升服务能力的又一重要举措。
今年8月，盈科刚刚落子日本东京。中国以外，该所目前在全球41个国家开设有53家直营办公室。
Yingke launches London office
Beijing-headquartered Yingke Law Firm has established a new office in London, as part of its global expansion plan to have 100 international offices by 2026.
Before London, Yingke had opened nine branches in seven European countries: the United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Hungary, and Portugal.
Yingke, the largest firm in the world by headcount, also opened a Tokyo office in August.
Yingke tells ALB that the London office will be led by director Qi Shu. The new office will focus on corporate and M&A, banking and finance, intellectual property, private clients, trusts, and treasury.
Qi specializes in domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, major asset restructuring; cross-border investment and financing, compliance; international dispute resolution; and international private wealth.
Before joining Yingke, Qi worked at Dacheng Law Offices, Zhong Lun Law Firm, GCL Solicitors LLP, and Gateley PLC, the first UK firm listed on the London Stock Exchange.
With the opening of the London office, Yingke said in a press release that the move into London is another important step in its continuing efforts to deepen its global footprint and enhance its service capabilities.
The Beijing-based firm currently has 53 directly-operated offices across 41 countries around the world.
