基于数码电子雷管在小断面隧道掘进爆破中改善爆破效果的措施
摘要:小断面隧道掘进爆破的特点决定了爆破效果与理想中的效果有一定偏差。数码电子雷管近几年在隧道爆破中推广应用,在应用中按照应用非电导爆管的方法,爆破效果差强人意。数码电子雷管是目前最先进的起爆器材,为了改善爆破效果,根据数码电子雷管的特性,结合小断面隧道特点,本文系统性地给出了改善爆破效果的诸多措施,这些措施的微调原则,经过爆破实践,是值得推广的有效的方法。
The characteristics of small section tunnel blasting determine the deviation between the blasting effect and the ideal effect. Digital electronic detonators have been widely applied in tunnel blasting in recent years, but the blasting effect is not satisfactory according to the method of non-conductive detonators. Digital electronic detonator is the most advanced detonating equipment at present, in order to improve the blasting effect, according to the characteristics of digital electronic detonator, combined with the characteristics of small section tunnel, this paper systematically gives many measures to improve the blasting effect, the fine tuning principle of these measures, through blasting practice, is worth popularizing effective methods.

根据有关主管部门的要求,到2022年底,全国将要普及数码电子雷管的应用。目前在露天爆破应用数码电子雷管的效果比较好,而隧道尤其是小断面隧道的推广应用存在一些问题。
