特此通知阁下,根据香港交易及结算所有限公司(“香港交易所”)于2024年6月18日宣布,自2024年9月23日起,将实施在恶劣天气下证券及衍生产品市场维持交易及营运安排(“恶劣天气交易”)。
在香港发生恶劣天气情况下,包括香港天文台发出黑色暴雨警告或发出八号或以上的台风或暴风信号或香港特区政府发出“极端情况”公告,香港交易所将维持正常运作,不再停市。香港证券、沪深港通及衍生产品市场,包括沪深港通、衍生产品假期交易及收市后交易时段也将如常运作。
为配合恶劣天气维持交易安排,我司将维持相关的服务,详情如下:
1. 场内证券及衍生品交易服务:香港交易所的股票、期货、期权及股票期权交易将会如常进行,其他海外市场则不受香港恶劣天气交易影响。网上交易及电话下单服务均正常运行(港股及沪深股通交易电话:(852) 3509-5842/其他香港及环球产品交易:(852) 3509-5830(24小时热线))。2. 场内证券及衍生品结算交收服务:港交所股票及衍生品结算交收正常运作。公司行动包括股票合并及分拆、买卖单位变更及支付现金股息(视乎银行当天是否收到款项)维持正常运作。其他公司行动如实物股票存入/提取、权益选择、红股派送等将顺延至恶劣天气后的下一个工作日办理。香港首次公开招股(IPO)及暗盘交易服务将维持正常,如遇特殊情况,请留意交易所相关股份的公告。3. 场外产品交易服务: 场外债券提供正常询价服务(只限于我司已上架交易之债券), 但可能因不同对手方提供的限度服务而有所影响,包括成交状况、回复时间、市场报价等。场外基金产品则视乎相关基金公司提供有限度服务,我司会配合提供相应认购赎回服务。(其他香港及环球产品交易:(852) 3509-5830(24小时热线)。4. 场外产品结算交收服务: 视乎产品发行人、基金公司或相关结算所的服务,如上述在当日有提供清算交收服务,我司竭力为客户在当日完成结算交收服务。关于基金赎回,则视乎收款银行当天的处理情况。具体交收安排则可能因应实际情况而有所调整。5. 资金存入服务:一般情况下,银行的电子服务(如电子支票结算和电子转账)将保持正常运作(实物支票除外),具体情况以银行最终安排为准。建议您优先使用电子转账服务并通过兴港通APP提交存款证明避免任何延误,提前做好资金安排,避免账户因资金不足而产生追收保证金及不必要的利息产生。6. 资金提取服务:客户提款申请将会如常进行办理(实物支票除外),具体情况以银行最终安排为准。建议您通过兴港通APP方式提交申请,以其他方式如传真/电邮提交或受到服务供货商和不可抗的因素影响,提款申请将有可能顺延至恶劣天气后的下一个工作日办理。7. 邮寄结单服务:邮寄结单服务有可能受香港邮政服务暂停而出现延误,阁下可登录兴港通APP>交易>电子结单,查看电子结单。本通知希望阁下对本公司在恶劣天气下交易所提供的服务有所了解,我司将会竭力为客户提供交易(包括手机应用程序、网上交易及电话交易)、客户支持、结算及交收等服务,但部份服务有可能受对手方或服务供货商的安排或其他不确定和不可抗的因素影响,而有所延误甚至无法提供。此外,我们建议您密切监控账户状况,并优先设置相关电子转账限额,以便在恶劣天气下亦可及时安排资金调拨,以减低因结算失败或未能履行追加保证金通知而可能出现的风险。 如有任何疑问或需要进一步的协助,请随时通过以下方式联系我们的客户服务部:电话:(852)3509-5938或内地(86)400-188-5562
Notice on the Implementation of Severe Weather Trading (“SWT”) by HKEXPlease be informed that the announcement was made by the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (“HKEX”) dated 18 June 2024 to implement Severe Weather Trading (“SWT”) from 23 September 2024 and allow Hong Kong's securities and derivatives markets to remain open for trading and operational arrangement during severe weather conditions.Under severe weather conditions in Hong Kong which include the black rainstorm warning or typhoon signal No. 8 or above issued by the Hong Kong Observatory, or “Extreme Conditions” announced by the HKSAR Government, HKEX will remain open and operational, without suspension of trading. Hong Kong’s securities and derivatives markets, including Stock Connect, derivatives holiday trading, and after-hours trading will operate as usual.To cope with the implementation of SWT, the Company will strive to maintain related service. Please refer to the details below:1. Trading services of exchange traded securities and derivatives: HKEX traded securities, futures, options and stock options trading will proceed as usual and other overseas markets will not be affected by SWT. Online trading and phone order service will operate as usual (Trading hotline of HK equity & stock connect: (852) 3509-5842/ Other HK and Global products trading: (852) 3509-5830(24-hours)).2. Clearing and settlement services of exchange traded securities and derivatives: Clearing service of HKEX securities and derivatives will operate as usual. Corporate action event such as stock consolidation and splitting, change of board lot and cash dividend payout (subject to the receipt of funds by the bank) will operate as scheduled. Other corporate action event such as depositing and withdrawal of physical securities services, election or bonus issue will be postponed to the next working day after SWT. Hong Kong Initial Public Offering (IPO) and grey market trading will proceed as usual, please refer to the company news released by the issuer for any exceptional circumstances.3. Trading services of off-exchange traded products: Providing quote service on off-exchange traded bonds will operate as usual (only applicable for those bonds have been listed for trading), but some services may be affected subject to the limitation service imposed by the counterparty, including but not limited to execution status, response times, market quotations. Subject to the limited service provided by the relevant fund house, the Company will provide subscription/redemption services for off-exchange traded fund. (Other HK and Global products trading: (852) 3509-5830(24-hours)).4. Clearing and settlement services of off-exchange traded products: The Company will strive to provide our clients with the utmost quality of clearing and settlement service. With regard to the fund redemption, subject to the actual arrangement of receiving bank on that day, the settlement arrangement may be adjusted.5. Fund deposit service: In general, the banking services (such as electronic cheques and electronic fund transfer) will operate as usual (except physical cheques) depending on the final arrangement of the bank. Clients are advised to make funding arrangement in advance and submit the deposit proof through 兴港通APP to avoid any delay. It is highly recommended to use electronic fund transfer payments for avoiding margin calls and unnecessary interest payment arising from insufficient funds.6. Fund withdrawal service: The client withdrawal instruction will proceed as usual (except physical cheques) depending on the final arrangement of the bank. Clients are advised to submit the fund withdrawal instruction through 兴港通APP. If the instruction is submitted through other methods such as fax/ email, it may be affected by the service provider and force majeure events, The fund withdrawal request may be proceeded to the next working day after SWT.7. Statement mailing services: The mailing of statement service may be delayed due to the suspension of mailing service provided by Hong Kong Post, please login to 兴港通APP>交易>电子结单, to read your statement.The Company will use its best endeavors to provide trading (including mobile App, online trading and phone dealing), client support, clearing and settlement services. This notice aims at providing an overview of the services maintained by us during SWT. However, some services may be temporarily suspended or postponed due to the arrangement imposed by counterparty or service provider in the event of uncertainty and force majeure.
