尽管有机太阳能电池(OSCs)在性能上取得了显著进展,但活性层材料的本征稳定性和形貌稳定性仍然限制其商业化。
近日,江西师范大学陈义旺教授和廖勋凡教授等人在Science China Materials发表研究论文,提出在准平面异质结OSCs的聚合物给体中添加受阻型酚类抗氧化剂AO1010,以提升光氧化稳定性和形貌稳定性。
本文要点
1) AO1010通过多个羟基结合位点与超氧自由基反应,淬灭自由基并终止链式降解反应,从而提高材料的本征稳定性。此外,AO1010优良的热稳定性和空间位阻效应抑制了活性层中给体和受体材料的过度聚集,改善了形貌稳定性。2) AO1010中的羟基还与明星给体PM6中的氟原子形成氢键,增强了分子间的相互作用,提升了PM6的结晶度和分子堆积有序性,有利于电荷分离和传输。3) 添加AO1010的PM6/L8-BO体系器件效率提高至19.03%,稳定性也显著改善。本文将收录于“2025 Emerging Investigator Issue”。Figure 1.
