at the source of the long river8月，来到青海省玉树藏族自治州囊谦县，草原牧歌欢唱、山川林木葱郁、大地遍染绿色、天空湛蓝清新、河湖鱼翔浅底……这是多年来当地老百姓推进生态环境保护，筑牢生态安全屏障，追求人与自然和谐共生的丰硕成果。In August, I arrived in Nangqian County, Yushu, Qinghai Province. The grassland was filled with Singing and dancing , the mountains and forests were lush, the earth was covered in green, the sky was clear and fresh, and the rivers and lakes were filled with fish. These are the fruitful achievements of the local people in promoting ecological environment protection, building a strong ecological security barrier, and pursuing harmonious coexistence between humans and nature over the years.

囊谦山水
囊谦县地处三江源（黄河、长江、澜沧江）腹地，其中作为世界第六长河，亚洲第三长河，东南亚第一长河的澜沧江其上游五条支流贯穿囊谦县全境，这里野生动植物资源丰富，是中国三江源国家公园重要生态功能区，对保护三江源生态系统的原真性和完整性，维护水源保护地生态安全、资源安全、物种安全等具有重要意义。
Nangqian located in the hinterland of the Three Rivers Source (Yellow River, Yangtze River, and Lancang River). Especially the Lancang River, which is the sixth longest river in the world, the third longest river in Asia, and the longest river in Southeast Asia, has five upstream tributaries that run through the entire county. The county is rich in wildlife resources and is an important ecological functional area of China's Three Rivers Source National Park. It is of great significance to protect the authenticity and integrity of the Three Rivers Source ecosystem, maintain ecological security, resource security, and species security of water source protection areas.
近年来，囊谦县深入开展保护“中华水塔”行动，实施好三江源生态保护、天然林资源保护等重点生态工程。着力提升自然保护地管护水平，实施澜沧江流域囊谦段生态保护，守护澜沧江母亲河的生命之美。In recent years, Nangqian County has carried out in-depth actions to protect the "Chinese Water Tower" and implemented key ecological projects such as the protection of the Three River Source ecology and natural forest resources.
