职场“舔狗”
一种在双方交际关系中卑躬屈膝,无限妥协的生物。
网上曾经火过一张图,内容大致讲的是打工人和要饭的的区别:
要饭的:行行好
打工人:行,行,好
而舔狗呢?大概就是“行!行!好!”
相较于打工人迫于职场压力的无奈,职场舔狗们极尽阿谀奉承之事,只要是领导们的需要,他们便可以用尽全力确保领导意图的落实,即使这些需要损害了自我的利益。
职场舔狗们有两个显著特征:
1、绝对服从:领导错了也是对的,为领导辩护。
2、甘心付出:依靠放弃自己的利益和出卖同事的利益去换取做舔狗的机会。
职场“老好人”
一种收到的好人卡可以用来打扑克的生物。
哪里需要顶哪里,被当作便利贴一样的使用。
他们工作努力,自己的活没做完还要帮助同事做事,久而久之,加班成为一种习惯。
干得都是杂活所以不被领导看到,加薪和升职与他们无缘,虽然内心有很多的想法和不满,但是不敢说出口,硬着头皮扛下去,自己活得很累,对别人而言,又是可有可无的。
如何做好人但不做“老好人”?首先要学会拒绝。职场人的拒绝都是先答应,后面再加但是。
比如“我确实是很想帮你忙的,但是最近领导给我安排了很多活,一直在加班,等我忙过了这阵,再帮你哦。”
简单来说,就是表达一个我虽然很想帮你忙的意愿,但是我的情况不允许,我允许的时间是你不能接受的时间,以此拒绝掉帮忙。
职场“巨婴”
明明成年,却把自己当作小孩子一样看待,认为全世界都应该围绕着他转的一种生物。
他们往往有这些特征:
做事不积极;
喜欢抱怨,喜欢推脱责任;
没有合作精神,从不考虑他人;
做事无疾而终,没有责任心。

By shortening the working week, employees would have more time to rest and rejuvenate, which could result in higher energy levels and better focus during their working hours. For example, companies that have experimented with a four-day workweek, such as Microsoft Japan, reported a substantial increase in productivity. Therefore, it is reasonable to conclude that a shorter working week can foster a more productive and motivated workforce.
Additionally, a longer weekend can contribute to better work-life balance and overall well-being. In today's fast-paced society, many employees struggle to find time for personal interests, family, and leisure activities. Extending the weekend would allow workers to engage more fully in these areas, thereby improving their mental and physical health. For instance, the additional day off could be used for exercise, hobbies, or socializing, all of which are essential for reducing stress and preventing burnout.
Consequently, a longer weekend not only enhances employees' quality of life but also supports their long-term career sustainability.
However, some might argue that a shorter working week could lead to operational challenges and increased costs for businesses. It is true that certain industries and roles may require continuous coverage, and adjusting to a new schedule could be complex.
Despite these concerns, many businesses have successfully transitioned to shorter workweeks by adopting flexible scheduling and leveraging technology. Moreover, the potential benefits, such as reduced absenteeism and higher employee satisfaction, often outweigh the initial implementation challenges. Thus, while there are practical considerations to address, the overall advantages of a shorter working week are compelling.
In conclusion, shortening the working week and extending the weekend offer substantial benefits, including increased productivity and improved work-life balance. Although there are challenges to consider, the positive impact on employees' well-being and organizational performance makes this a worthwhile endeavor.
