XEC Innovation Showcase—

Innovation is Everywhere

Got innovative ideas but don’t know how to make them a reality? Come find the answers at the XEC Innovation Showcase!

The Innovation Factory and X³ Co-Venture are teaming up with the seven industry schools of  XEC to showcase outstanding student innovation and entrepreneurship projects, innovative products, research, as well as excellent FYPs (Final Year Projects), Capstone projects (undergraduate innovation and entrepreneurship graduation projects), and SURF 2024 (Summer Undergraduate Research Projects).

Through this exhibition, you’ll witness one innovation project after another, all starting from scratch and tackling real-world challenges. You’ll also see firsthand the extraordinary achievements of innovators who have brought their ideas to life in this very space!

Launch Ceremony

Today, the Innovation Factory officially launches, and we invite all students to join us! We are honored to welcome seasoned entrepreneurs, experienced mentors, and student teams currently engaged in startups. They will share their entrepreneurial journeys, past collaborations, their passion for innovation, and how they plan to support student ventures.

Let’s witness the rise of future innovations together and learn how the Innovation Factory can help you bring your entrepreneurial dreams to life!

Tech Entrepreneurship Forum & XJTLU Alumni Association for Entrepreneurs

The support from the X³ Co-Venture goes beyond just resources and platforms—it extends to a powerful network of alumni and mentors. At today’s seminar, alumni who started their entrepreneurial journeys at the university, experienced entrepreneurs, and mentors will return to campus to share their personal stories with you. There will also be a tea session where you can discuss your current challenges and seek advice.

In addition, the XJTLU Alumni Association for Entrepreneurs will officially be established today. By inviting entrepreneurial alumni to serve as mentors in innovation and entrepreneurship, we are further enriching our innovation ecosystem. Together, we will build a dynamic entrepreneurial community that helps you connect with like-minded individuals and provides the guidance and motivation needed to turn your dreams into reality.

30 November:

Autonomous Unmanned Boat 

Business Plan Roadshow 

and Award Ceremony

On that day, the exclusive on-campus small and medium-sized entrepreneurial project, the Autonomous Boat Operation Plan, will also announce its winners. 

This project will use two autonomous passenger boats, introduced by X³ Co-Venture, as its entrepreneurial base, with student teams taking charge of planning, operating, and managing the boats. Through this real-world entrepreneurial project, students will gain valuable hands-on experience, manage a million RMB project, rapidly develop core professional skills, and deepen their understanding of entrepreneurship and management.

The participating student teams will present their strategies for operating and managing the unmanned boats, showcasing unique business models, creative operational ideas, and management strategies. Be sure to attend in person and cast your valuable vote to choose the most popular autonomous boat operation team!
