海外活动对国内诉讼的影响

Impact of Overseas Activities on Domestic Patent Litigations

This session will include (1) the effect of validity and scope arguments in patent litigation Country A on parallel issues in litigation in Country B; (2) strategic sequencing in transnational patent litigation (where to file first, how to use an outcome in Country A to create strategic pressure in litigation in Countries B and C; and (3) sequencing and stacking of design protection actions in different jurisdictions to create a transnational “web” of overlapping and supporting design protection.
