Position Overview
We are seeking a Demand System Operational Manager to manage and optimize the Fulfilled By Joom (FBJ) demand system operations in our Dongguan warehouse.
Responsibilities
• Warehouse Capacity Management: Analyze warehouse capacity and refine the list of goods based on analytics reports.
• Communication: Notify teams about changes in goods lists or demand system parameters.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve operational issues; optimize processes such as supplies and forecasting.
• Process Development: Introduce new processes and enhance service development.
• Cost Analysis: Analyze and calculate warehouse costs, and identify losses due to overstock or deadstock.
• Error Analysis: Assess the impact of errors on costs and delivery speed, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Operational Improvements: Notify teams about operational issues and propose solutions, such as replacing goods or removing merchants from the program.
• Executive Reporting: Report major problems to top executives and provide status updates on analysis.
• System Monitoring: Continuously monitor the entire FBJ system for operational efficiency.
Requirements
• Experience: Proven experience as an Operational Manager with inventory management.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English (C1 level).
• Forecasting & Planning: Experience in sales forecasting, replenishment planning, and ordering budget management.
• Process Setup: Skills in setting up processes from scratch.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
