复工后“没询盘、没订单”?5封邮件,让外贸业绩爆发!

一晃春节假期就结束了,绝大多数外贸小伙伴们开始复工,又投入到了紧张而忙碌的外贸工作中。

很多外贸人开始犯难了:“这也没询盘、没订单啊,这可咋整?”

不得不说,在这全新的一年,与客户的有效沟通,无疑仍是业绩增长的关键。

毕竟,谈判决定转化,而转化就是Money,而节后复工如何转化更多订单,自然也成了大多数外贸小伙伴关注的核心问题。

今天Mike给所有关注、支持「Mike外贸说」的外贸小伙伴们准备了开工礼物,

为大家讲解一下节后针对不同类型客户(主要围绕尚未返单的老客户、货物在排产的客户、货物准备出运的客户、在谈的目标客户,以及其他客户),

该如何发送针对性的高转化外贸邮件,助力新一年的外贸业绩增长。

尚未返单的老客户

老客户是我们业务的核心支撑,对于那些尚未返单的老客户,主动出击至关重要,这部分客户群体是最容易下单的,要重点跟进。

在邮件开头,送上诚挚的新春祝福,同时要重点表达对过往合作的感恩,一定要真诚。接着,巧妙地提及公司近期的新产品开发、优惠政策或者行业的最新动态,让客户切实感受到与我们继续合作的巨大价值。

以下是一封示例邮件:

Dear XXX, 

I hope this email finds you well.

On behalf of ABC Co., I extend my warmest New Year wishes to you and your team. May the new year bring you prosperity and success in all your endeavors.

Looking back on our past collaborations, we truly appreciate the trust you've placed in us. Recently, we have successfully developed a series of new products with remarkable improvements in performance and cost-effectiveness. 

Attached is our new proposal. 
注:附件可以添加上年后调整好的产品推荐及其报价方案
You know XXX market now XXX (提及一些客户所在目标市场的产品热点趋势,信息获取可以基于C端热销品的参考、同行热推品、公司向该目标市场其他客户的销售反馈与卖品占比等)These products are highly suitable for your market. 

In addition, to express our gratitude for your long - term support, we are pleased to offer you an exclusive discount of X% on your next order.

注:综合考虑人民币/美元汇率趋势、材料市场成本趋势与利润占比,不要盲目定价,要注明报价有效期 

Given the current market trends, are you considering any new purchasing plans?

We are eager to resume our cooperation and explore new business opportunities together.

货物在排产的客户

这类客户最为关注的焦点无疑是货物的生产进度以及产品质量。

在邮件中,务必提供详尽且准确的信息,清晰告知客户当前的排产实际状况、预计的完成时间节点,以及在整个生产过程中我们所严格执行的质量把控措施与标准,让客户能够完全放心,确信我们正全力以赴、有条不紊地推进他们的订单。

以下是一封示例邮件:

Dear XXX,

Happy New Year! 

Now that the Spring Festival holiday has ended, we have resumed working on your orders. 

Currently, the production of your goods is in full swing and progressing smoothly. According to the schedule, the production is expected to be completed in X days ahead of the original plan.

I will let you know the exact date when it's ready for shipment.

注:这里可以放一个链接,比如YouTube视频,让客户看到货物生产场景与完成的货物等,还可以做一下完货标准测评,比如可以量一下产品的常规数据,让客户对产品质量放心,这些第一手材料以后也将成为今后成交其他客户/订单的独家助力。

货物准备出运的客户

对于货物即将出运的客户,邮件重点在于清晰告知出运细节,包括产品细节、包装细节、预计出运时间、运输方式、预计到达时间等,并提供详细的物流跟踪信息,方便客户随时掌握货物运输状态,让客户放心。

示例邮件如下:

Dear XXX,

Greetings! 

Your ordered goods are all set to be shipped. 

这里加上具体的货物细节,还可以在这封邮件后面紧跟另一封邮件,附上大货图。后面真正装运时还要拍更加具体的铲装、封箱等细节给客户。别嫌麻烦,这将无限增加客户对你的信任与依赖,而客户商业粘性正是源于此。

We plan to send the goods on XXX(出运时间), and they are expected to arrive at your designated port on XXX(货物抵港日期)

To keep track of your shipment, we provide you with the tracking number XXX-XXX-XXX. You can check the real-time location of the goods on the official website of XXX

In case of any transportation issues, we will promptly communicate and coordinate with you.

在谈的目标客户

春节后是推动与在谈目标客户合作的绝佳时机。


邮件开篇先送上新春祝福,然后简要回顾之前的沟通内容,着重强调公司的优势和为客户量身定制的解决方案,提高针对性和价值,最后表达对合作的热切期待。

示例邮件如下:
Dear XXX,
Happy Chinese New Year!
As the new year begins, ABC Co. wishes you all the best in both business and life.
Recalling our previous communications, we truly appreciate your interest in our company's products and services. 
Has the previous procurement project wrapped up? 
Given the current market trends, are you considering any new purchasing plans?
In response to your needs, we have further optimized our proposal, making more competitive adjustments in product customization, price, and delivery time.
注:其实这里并不是非要全部写上,而是要根据此前沟通要点给出针对性的价值方案。客户关注价格,就讲价格问题;客户关注交付时间,就讲交付问题;客户关注认证,就讲证书问题。
说白了,你要对症下药,直击要点,既能节省谈判时间快速进入谈判阶段,又能够有效刺激到客户的采购决策。
We are confident that our solution will bring you significant benefits and help you stand out in the market.
Attached is our new proposal. 
注:附件可以添加上年后调整好的产品推荐及其报价方案。
而后再提及一下此前谈过的一些重要合作细节和针对性方案,这样有助于快速进入谈判氛围。

对于其他类型的客户,如潜在客户、许久未联系的客户等,发送一封简洁的新春祝福邮件,再次取得联系,哪怕只是刷一下存在感也好。邮件内容可涵盖新春问候、公司最新动态,以及表达未来合作的期待等。

示例邮件如下:

Dear XXX,

During the Spring Festival, all ABC Co. staff would like to extend their warmest greetings and best wishes to you! 

Although we haven't had much communication in the past year, we have always kept an eye out for potential cooperation opportunities.

In the new year, our company made remarkable advancements in product research and development and service improvement. We have introduced a series of innovative products with the aim of providing you with more high - quality solutions.

注:如果公司在2025年有在该目标市场地推或参展的规划,也可以做一下铺垫。
