Core Responsibilities:
1.Champion the Sales Targets: Assume accountability for achieving ambitious sales targets (revenue & gross profit margin). Champion the sales of cutting-edge component maintenance services by ensuring steady profit growth.
2.Craft Compelling Proposals & Negotiate Contracts: Compose persuasive proposals that showcase our valuable maintenance service proposition and expertly negotiate contracts, for securing mutually beneficial partnerships.
3.Bridge Customers: Sustain deep-rooted customer relationships existing, cultivate and transform potential customers into advocates for our premium services.
4.Stimulate Customer Delight: Anticipate and exceed customer expectations through seamless collaborating with other departments.
5.Deeply Dive Market Insights: Gather and analyze aviation/airline/MRO market insights, inform strategic decisions and position our offerings ahead of the competition.
6.Operate under Global Network: Reach out the physical and geographical limits and acquire Lufthansa resources. Extend Sales performance by fusing instrumental suggestion and support within global team range.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
1.Academic Strengths: Bachelor degree and above, major in aviation, engineering, business is preferred; all majors are meanwhile welcome.
2.Aviation Credential: Possess a proven record in sales, customer service, or engineering within the aviation/MRO, and demonstrate a deep understanding of industry dynamics.
3.Self-motivation & Target-Orientation: Motivate yourself by internal desire to achieve higher targets, find satisfaction by transforming obstacles to opportunities.
4.Customer Centricity: Be towards customer satisfaction, even to exceed expectations. Skilled at nurturing strong and lasting connections of trust with clients.
5.Communication Skills: Excel in both English and Chinese written and verbal communication with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse international customers.
