The 2024 Monash University History HDR ConferenceThe conference will take place on 24-25 October 2024 at E561, Menzies Building, Monash Clayton Campus. All HDR students and staff are warmly invited to attend in person or online via Zoom.We're excited to announce that this year's keynote will be delivered by Dr Nick Ferns at 9:45am on the 24th - titled 'Muddling Through: Navigating Life as an HDR or ECR'. There will also be a workshop run by Dr Tim Verhoeven at 9:30am on the 25th in which some Monash staff members have kindly agreed to talk to us about and answer questions on academic careers/career trajectories.The post-conference dinner will take place at The Nott (The Notting Hill Hotel) from 6pm. All conference presenters, Monash HDR students, and staff are welcome to attend.
