Our client, a renowned multinational corporation, is seeking a senior compliance officer to join them and report to the Compliance Head of Greater China and APAC.

Requirements:

Experience: At least 5 years of compliance experience in Greater China, including compliance regulations, anti-corruption, sanctions regulations, and data privacy;
Background: Prior experience in investigation or compliance groups from MNCs or law firms is necessary;
Education: A Bachelor's degree or higher from a reputable school;
Certifications: Advanced certifications, such as Certified Compliance Professional, are preferred;
Language Skills: Excellent proficiency in both Mandarin and English.
