Legal Counsel

Our client, a renowned multinational corporation, is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to support its growing business in China.
The ideal candidate should have:
Requirements:
7-9 years of legal experience, preferably gained from both reputable law firms and MNCs.
Familiarity with general corporate work and have a strong commercial sense, especially in the digital, software, and connected services industry.
M&A experience is a plus.
Manufacturing industry experience or a strong interest/familiarity with the automotive industry is highly preferred.
LLB degree from a top Chinese university (preferably 211 or above).
PRC Bar qualification; overseas law degrees are a plus.
Excellent English and Chinese skills.
