Legal Counsel


Singapore / Hong Kong


Our client, a leading digital insurance technology company, is looking for a Legal Counsel to join their Singapore/Hong Kong office.


About the Role:


  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating technology, corporate or commercial agreements;

  • Providing legal support and advice on investment-related transaction documents;

  • Developing, maintaining, and updating legal procedures, and policies to support Company’s business operations;

  • Assisting with other ad hoc legal tasks to support the Company’s internal business, product and tech teams.


Requirements:


  • Qualified in common law or EU jurisdictions with experience gained from international law firms or an international corporation;

  • Excellent drafting and transaction management skills, with good commercial sense and problem solver;

  • Fluent in English, a good command of Chinese (Mandarin) is advantageous but not necessary;

  • Experience in IsurTech industry, Fintech industry, and / or data privacy regulations will be a plus.
