近日，JC Consulting新加坡办公室新增一位资深顾问，Clara Wang女士，进一步拓展我们在金融服务行业及法律领域的业务。
Clara专注于金融服务、投资及法律行业，业务覆盖大中华区及新加坡的中高端职位招聘、人力资源咨询及业务拓展服务。Clara毕业于华东政法大学国际金融法律学院与加州大学伯克利分校法学院，并拥有中国律师执业资格与美国纽约州律师执业资格。
Clara对法律行业、金融行业、以及基金合规方面有着深刻的理解和丰富的经验。她曾先后就职于中国某知名律师事务所及某头部私募基金管理人法律合规部。在律所工作期间，她为多家金融机构的股权/债权投融资项目提供法律服务，并担任多家金融机构常年法律顾问。在投资机构工作期间，她负责处理股权投资基金及管理人的各项合规事宜，并对接监管部门。

JC Consulting welcomes investment and legal recruiter Ms. Clara Wang, to our Singapore office.
Clara (Senior Consultant) mainly focuses on the recruitment of mid to senior level positions in the investment and legal industry across the Greater China region and Singapore. Clara holds a Bachelor of Laws from the East China University of Political Science and Law and a Master of Laws from the University of California, Berkeley. Clara is a registered PRC lawyer and has the admission to the New York Bar.
Clara has a strong background in the legal industry, financial industry, and regulatory compliance field. Before joining JC Consulting, she worked as a lawyer at a reputable PRC law firm, where she specialized in providing equity/debt investment and financing legal services and served as a perennial legal advisor for several financial institutions. After that, she joined a top management institution of private equity funds as a senior compliance manager. She was responsible for handling various compliance matters of the equity investment funds and managers and docking with regulatory authorities.
