Cross-border M&A and private equity transactions;
Mid to senior level associate, at least 5 years of experience;
Ability to lead projects;
Great English drafting skills.
A mid-tier international law firm in Shanghai
Inbound M&A, FDI and general corporate;
Mid to senior level candidates;
Fluency in English is required;
Good work-life balance with great culture.
A global pay US firm in Hong Kong
Cross-border M&A transactions;
Mid to senior associate level;
US LL.M. or J.D. background is required;
Promising track to Counsel.

Experience in patent litigation;
