Sheepfolds Stables 翻译成中文就是羊圈，马厩，我们就叫他马厩吧。这是桑德兰新开业的餐饮和娱乐综合体，位于桑德兰的Easington Street，就在光之体育场旁边。![]()

这里不仅仅是餐厅，更有现场音乐，一大片空场地，比较适合社交休闲。这里的设计采用复古工业风格，里面的装饰很独特，结合了这里的历史故事。整个设计完美融合了历史元素和现代艺术。![]()
就像他的名字一样Sheepfolds Stables所在地是一栋历史悠久的建筑，曾是桑德兰一个标志性的马厩。这里曾经养过100匹马，用来承担威尔河和港口的运输。![]()

经过翻修改造，保留了原建筑的特色，例如30,000块“渣砖”鹅卵石，钟楼，陶瓷水槽，干草阁楼绞车，铸铁轮缓冲器和牛头砖内墙等。![]()
马厩的重建修复也尽可能保持着古老的风格和工艺，比如100多个木窗框是由木匠学徒按照过去的工艺手工制作的。并将其融入了现代化设计元素中，使得整个空间既有复古的魅力，又富有时尚感。![]()

Sheepfolds Stables整体是由11个店铺和一个广场组成，广场有现场音乐表演，其他的店铺包括：Vito's Osteria Restaurant

Mother Mercy cocktail cabin
Deep North doughnuts and coffee
Sheepfolds Stables定期举办现场音乐、舞蹈以及文化活动。比如，周末通常会有本地乐队的表演，而节假日则会安排特别的主题活动，如爵士之夜、民谣演出或DJ现场秀。![]()

当地人对Sheepfolds Stables的评价非常高：Spent a good few hours on a Sunday afternoon in and around this new addition to the rejuvenation of Sunderland. The weather did not help the outdoor seating but each table came with a heater, there are plenty of places to eat and drink with lots of choices. We made our base in the pit pony bar which is warm and well decorated. We also had a great pizza while watching the live music. Had a meal at Ember with myself taking the steak - simply put sublime and one of the top 3 steaks i’ve ever had globally. My wife had the ribs and lamb bun. We finished off with Creme Brûlée and Watermelon ! Simply wow ! Great work !神奇的场所

Where do I start. One of the nicest places I've been in the North East. Old stable building renovated to such a high standard, its almost like a little village inside, with a huge covered seating area and stage. A few nice places to eat, drink and a dance studio. We came for the opening night and the atmosphere was great. Ate at Ember which was reasonably priced for incredible food and a view of the river from our table. Had a cocktail from Mother Mercy and some drinks from the other bars.
