2024年10月16日，由四川美术学院、安特卫普皇家美术学院主办的“复调·共振——国际版画作品展”在四川美术学院美术馆开幕。开幕式由四川美术学院造型艺术学院党委副书记刘彦瑢女士主持。
On 16th October 2024,“ Polyphony · Resonance -- International Printmaking Exhibition ” hosted by the Sichuan Fine Arts Institute and the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Antwerp was officially opened in the Art Museum of Sichuan Fine Arts Institute. The opening ceremony was officiated by Ms Liu Yanrong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, School of Fine Arts, Sichuan Fine Arts Institute.

四川美术学院副院长韦嘉在致辞中表示：四川美术学院与比利时安特卫普皇家美术学院一直保持着密切的联系和交流，双方致力于开创实验性的国际版画联动教学模式，通过工坊教育、专题课程、学术论坛等途径，促进国际教育事业的知识共享与实践互助。中比国际版画学术项目秉承文化交流与互见，旨在传播和弘扬川美版画的国际学术影响力，促进国际化办学水平的进一步提升，希望能通过此次展览，呈现出两校师生创作痕迹的链接，谱写版画艺术教育的新篇章。
Wei Jia, Vice President of Sichuan Fine Arts Institute, said in his speech: The Sichuan Fine Arts Institute and the Royal Academy of Fine Arts Antwerp in Belgium have maintained close ties and exchanges, with both institutions dedicated to pioneering an experimental international printmaking education model. Through workshops, specialized courses, academic forums, and other avenues, they aim to foster knowledge sharing and mutual support in international education. The China-Belgium International Printmaking Academic Project upholds the values of cultural exchange and mutual understanding, with the goal of spreading and enhancing the international academic influence of printmaking at Sichuan Fine Arts Institute. It also seeks to further advance the internationalization of education. Through this exhibition, the project hopes to showcase the creative connections between the faculty and students of both schools, writing a new chapter in the art of printmaking education.

Peter Bosteels, the head of the Printmaking Department at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts Antwerp and co-curator of the exhibition, began his speech by reflecting on the long history of friendly exchanges between the two schools. He noted that the artworks on display reflect the artists' thought processes, offering a window into the creative journey. He emphasized that both schools, dedicated to fostering creativity and artistic talent, sharing the important mission of inspiring minds and shaping the future. He expressed his hope that this exhibition would bring together the strengths of both institutions, drive innovation in teaching methods, and promote continued learning and collaboration to enhance the quality and international impact of art education.

四川美术学院造型艺术学院版画系副主任、参展艺术家代表、联合策展人臧亮在致辞中表示：版画的本体包涵着人文视角的外延，版画不仅作为一种当代艺术样式，更是一种语言，是一种跨越文化和国界的人文交互方式。“复调·共振”展览与系列国际合作项目为川美国际化版画教育提供了新的认知途径和研究方法。2018年以来，两校在持续的交流中建立了深厚的友谊，共同促进着版画创作与国际教育的创新，也为未来的合作提供了新的土壤与展望。最后，他感谢了学校相关部门的大力支持和团队的辛勤工作，并期待在12月于安特卫普皇家美术学院举行的巡展。
Zang Liang, Deputy Director of the Printmaking Department at the School of Fine Arts at Sichuan Fine Arts Institute, exhibiting artist representative, and co-curator, expressed in his speech that printmaking embodies a humanistic perspective. It is not only a contemporary art form but also a language, a means of cultural and cross-border communication. The "Polyphony · Resonance" exhibition and series of international collaborations have provided new ways of understanding and researching printmaking education at Sichuan Fine Arts Institute. Since 2018, the two schools have built a deep friendship through continuous exchanges, jointly promoting innovation in printmaking and international education, while laying new foundations for future cooperation. He concluded by expressing his gratitude for the strong support from various departments and the hard work of the team, and looked forward to the touring exhibition at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts Antwerp in December.
