在《国际商事合同通则》发布30周年之际，并于《中国民法典》颁布4周年的背景下，由国际统一私法协会、上海国际经济贸易仲裁委员会（上海国际仲裁中心）、中南财经政法大学、中国法学会民法学研究会共同举办的“国际商事合同通则颁布30周年暨中国民法典合同编通则”国际研讨会定于2024年11月11日在上海举行。诚挚邀请您参与！
We cordially invite you to attend our upcoming international conference on the 30th Anniversary of the Release of UPICC and the General Principles of the Chinese Civil Code Contract Law in Shanghai on November 11th, 2024. The event is hosted by the International Institute for the Unification of Private Law (UNIDROIT), Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (Shanghai International Arbitration Center), Zhongnan University of Economics and Law and Civil Law Society of China Law Society.
