You busy first”!

I'll be a bit busy later.

I have something to attend to later.

I'll have something to deal with later.

I'm a bit tied up now.

I'm in the middle of something.

I have something going on right now.

take one's time

To go at one's own preferred pace; to use as much time as one needs or desires.

Take your time.

例句:

There’s no rush — take your time.

leave someone to it

To allow someone to do something without one's involvement or interference; to withdraw from someone so they can do or finish something alone.

例句:

I just had a question about the order, but I can see that you're busy, so I'll just leave you to it.

I'll leave you to work."

let someone get back to something

To allow someone to resume or continue something, often a particular task or activity.

例句:

I'll let you get back to your homework.

I'll let you go back to your work."或者“I'll let you go back to it.”
