What You’ll Do
- Lead projects or small teams, unblock challenges, and champion ML excellence.
- Build scalable classifiers and tools using ML, data regression, and rule-based models.
- Adapt ML methods for modern environments like distributed clusters and GPUs.
- Define requirements, create roadmaps, and deliver high-quality code with the engineering team.
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of software engineering experience (or 3+ years with a PhD).
- Expertise in ML, recommendation systems, AI, or similar technical fields.
- Hands-on experience developing ML models at scale and using languages like Python, C++, or Java.
- A proven track record of technical leadership and building reliable, high-quality systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (Master’s/PhD preferred).
