Title: Tech Lead Manager
Job description:
(1). Lead a world-class R&D team on building ML-driven simulation solutions in order to accelerate growth;
(2). Apply deep domain expertise in Machine Learning (especially Generative AI), Computer Vision, and/or Computer Graphics to push simulation realism and autonomous driving to the next level;
(3). Drive the whole lifecycle of tech innovation, from prototypes to productization into large-scale simulation and data processing systems;
(4). Grow and manage high-caliber ML & Software Engineers in an exciting, fast-paced, diverse environment.
Requirement:
(1).M.S. in Computer Science (or related fields) + 10 years working experience, or a Ph.D. in Computer Science (or related fields) + 7 years working experience;
(2).Academic background and industrial experience in one or more related fields: Machine Learning, Computer Vision / Perception, Computer Graphics & Rendering;
(3). 5+ years experience in team leadership and people management.
[Preferred]:
(1). 3+ years experience in simulation, autonomous driving, and robotics;
(2). Direct experience in Generative AI, including multi-modal foundation models and Diffusion models.
