"Chinese traditional culture is a huge treasure for animated film creation. Animated films need to integrate excellent Chinese traditional culture and present it in a youthful way," said Jiaozi, director of the “Ne Zha” series.

"Chinese literary classics are the biggest cultural IPs for animated films. New myths like Ne Zha and Yang Jian have already been adapted for the animated screen, but there are far more literary classics. The key is to creatively adapt these stories with modern narrative art, giving them new life," said Gou Qiangshi.
“中国文学经典是动画电影最大的文化IP。哪吒、杨戬等‘新神话’已搬上动画银幕,但文学经典远不止这些,关键是要用当代的叙事艺术创造性地改编经典故事,焕发新的生命力。” 苟强诗说。
