北京:驴打滚


北京的春节美食里,驴打滚别具特色。

Among Beijing's Spring Festival delicacies, Lvdagun stands out as particularly unique.


它是老北京传统小吃之一,主要用黄米面裹着豆沙馅制成,因最后工序是将熟制的黄豆面均匀地撒在做好的米糕上,犹如老北京郊外野驴撒欢打滚时扬起的阵阵黄土而得名。

It is one of the traditional snacks of old Beijing, primarily made by wrapping red bean paste with yellow rice flour.The name comes from the final step, where cooked soybean flour is evenly sprinkled over the finished rice cake, resembling the clouds of yellow dust stirred up by wild donkeys rolling and frolicking in the outskirts of old Beijing.


驴打滚口感软糯,香甜不腻,黄豆面的香气与豆沙馅的甜蜜完美融合 。在春节时品尝驴打滚,寓意着新的一年生活如它的口感般细腻甜蜜,也承载着老北京人对传统年味的眷恋。

With the perfect fusion of the aroma of soybean flour and the sweetness from red bean paste, Lvdagun tastes soft and sweet without being greasy. 上海:汤圆


在上海,汤圆是春节必不可少的美食。

汤圆一般用糯米粉制成,有实心和带馅之分,馅料有黑芝麻、花生、豆沙等多种口味。

Tangyuan is usually made of glutinous rice flour, with both solid and filled types. The fillings include black sesame, peanut, red bean paste, and other flavours.


上海的汤圆讲究汤清、馅甜、皮糯,外形圆润的汤圆寓意着 “团圆”“圆满” 。大年初一的早晨,一家人围坐在一起,吃上一碗热气腾腾的汤圆,开启新一年幸福美满的生活。

Shanghai-style Tangyuan is characterized by its clear soup, sweet fillings, and glutinous texture.The round-shaped Tangyuan symbolizes "reunion" and "perfection". On the morning of the first day of the Lunar New Year, the family sits around and enjoys a bowl of steaming Tangyuan, starting a happy and fulfilling new year.



浙江:年糕


浙江的年糕在春节美食中占据重要地位。

The New Year cake in Zhejiang plays an important role in Spring Festival cuisine.


它由糯米或米粉蒸制而成,口感软糯,可甜可咸。浙江宁波的年糕闻名遐迩,这里的年糕可以切片后与各种食材搭配烹饪。

It is steamed from glutinous rice or rice flour, with a soft and glutinous taste, and can be either sweet or savoury. Ningbo's New Year cake in Zhejiang is renowned nationwide.It can be sliced and cooked with various ingredients.


年糕谐音 “年高”,寓意着人们的工作和生活一年比一年提高。在浙江一些地方,人们还会把年糕制作成各种形状,如鲤鱼形状的年糕寓意着 “年年有余”。

The New Year cake, homophonic to "nian gao" in Chinese, implies that people's work and life will improve year by year. In some places, people also make the New Year cake in various shapes, such as the carp-shaped New Year cake, which symbolizes "abundant harvests every year".



新疆:手抓羊肉


新疆的春节美食中,手抓羊肉是极具代表性的一道。

In Xinjiang's Spring Festival cuisine, hand-pulled mutton is a highly iconic dish.


选用新鲜的羊肉,带骨切成大块后放入大锅中炖煮,只加入简单的调料如花椒、姜片等,炖煮至羊肉鲜嫩软烂。吃的时候,人们直接用手抓起羊肉,蘸上盐巴等调料,入口鲜嫩多汁,香气四溢。

四川、重庆:火锅


在四川和重庆,火锅是春节聚餐的热门选择。

In Sichuan and Chongqing, hot pot is a popular choice for Spring Festival gatherings.


四川的麻辣火锅以麻辣鲜香著称,多种香料精心调配的锅底,涮煮各种食材都十分美味;重庆的牛油火锅则以醇厚的牛油锅底为特色,让人回味无穷。

The pot bottom, carefully prepared with various spices, makes all kinds of ingredients delicious when cooked. 一家人围坐在火锅旁,锅中食材翻滚,香气四溢。火锅的 “热” 与 “火”,象征着新的一年生活红红火火、蒸蒸日上。

黑龙江:粘豆包


粘豆包是黑龙江等东北三省春节的特色美食。

Sticky bean buns are a traditional Spring Festival delicacy in the three northeastern provinces, including Heilongjiang.


它主要由黄米面或糯米面制成,馅料通常是红豆沙。蒸熟后的粘豆包色泽金黄,口感软糯香甜。

They are mainly made of yellow rice flour or glutinous rice flour, and the filling is usually red bean paste. After being steamed, the sticky bean buns are golden in colour, soft, glutinous, and sweet.


在过去,粘豆包是北方农村冬季的主要食物之一,如今它依然是春节期间人们喜爱的美食。粘豆包不仅美味,还象征着新的一年生活甜甜蜜蜜、团团圆圆。

In the past, sticky bean buns were one of the main foods in rural northern areas during winter. Nowadays, they are still loved by people during the Spring Festival. Sticky bean buns are not only delicious but also symbolize a sweet and reunion-filled new year.



云南:饵块


饵块是云南的特色美食。它以大米为原料,经蒸熟、舂捣等工序制成,口感软糯。饵块的吃法多样,可以烧、煮、炒、卤等。

Erkuai is a unique delicacy from Yunnan. It is made from rice through processes such as steaming and pounding, with a soft and glutinous taste. Erkuai can be eaten in various ways, such as being grilled, boiled, stir-fried, or braised.


在春节期间,云南人喜欢用饵块制作各种美食,如炒饵块、卤饵丝等。饵块不仅是美食,更承载着云南人民对家乡的热爱和对新年的美好祝福。
