If you wish to read the original version or present it to authorities and hotel personnel, please do so.

All provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities under the central government, and other institutions and departments throughout the nation are to receive this notice.

It emphasizes the importance of enhancing international exchanges and cooperation, ensuring that foreigners who are entering China for tourism, employment, or life receive superior accommodations, and safeguarding their legitimate rights and interests.

The notice underscored the importance of refraining from limiting accommodation services to foreigners by citing reasons such as a lack of permits or qualifications to accommodate foreigners.

This applies to both local relevant departments and online platforms.

The relevant departments and operators (online platform operators) must inform the public accurately about the restrictions on accommodating foreign nationals.

Additionally, provincial departments must enhance market regulation, conduct investigations into network platforms and participants in the accommodation industry for violations of restrictions on foreign nationals' accommodations, and promptly prevent them from committing the same offence in the future.

The notice also stated that hotels are required to provide training to receptionists and other personnel in order to enhance their industry expertise. The notice also encourages them to improve service standards, facilities, and equipment, and to provide tourism, transportation, retail, and other related information services.

Operators are required to offer additional services, including the display of Chinese and foreign language insignia, the provision of long-distance calls, and the provision of receptionists who are capable of speaking foreign languages or utilising AI translation equipment.

The article also mentions additional measures, such as improving the registration process and providing flexible payment options.
