Dear students, From September 4th to 6th, 2024, we will once again set up the IBS Reception booth in the Student Center of east campus to provide support and assistance to all new and returning students. This semester, our booth theme is "Exceeding Expectations," and we hope that everyone will make progress and be even better than before in the following semester. See you at the start of the September!

Reminder: For all freshmen of 2024 fall, please be sure to submit an ID photo,register your information and pick up the Welcome Package at our booth (Very important)

亲爱的同学们，

2024年9月4日至9月6日，我们将一如既往地在东校区学生中心搭建国际商学院迎新服务台，为所有新老生提供支持与帮助，本学期我们的展台主题为“青出于蓝”，希望大家在新学期能够进步，越来越好，更胜一筹。九月初见！

提醒：所有新生，请一定在IBS服务台提交一张个人2寸照片，登记信息并领取迎新礼包。

（1）Freshman: Admission Notice, JW202 Form Copy/ JW201 Form, Passport, and 5 or 6 two-inch ID photos (white background). Those who live off-campus, please bring your Registration Form of Temporary Residence.

新生：录取通知书、JW202表复印件/JW201表原件、本人护照、5-6张2寸白色背景证件照，校外居住学生携带临时住宿登记。

（2）Enrolled current students: student ID card and passport. Those who live off-campus please bring your Registration Form of Temporary Residence.

在读学生：学生证、本人护照，校外居住学生携带临时住宿登记。

（1）Tuition fees can be paid by semester or academic year in a lump sum. (Degree students must pay by academic year and non-degree students can choose to pay by semester.) All fees will be charged according to the RMB price.

学费按照学期或学年一次性全额交付（学历生学费按学年一次性全额缴纳，非学历生可选择按学期交费），按人民币价格收取。

（2）The accommodation fee can only be paid by semester in a lump sum. Students who check out halfway for personal reasons will not get a refund.

住宿费按学期一次性全额缴纳，个人原因中途退宿者，住宿费不予退还。

（3）International students can choose from the following methods to pay for their tuition and accommodation fees：

 国际学生可选择以下支付方式支付学费和住宿费：

All international students studying at BFSU should purchase Comprehensive Insurance for Foreigners Staying in China designated by the university (including Medical Insurance for Accidental Injury, and Hospitalization and Medical Insurance). The insurance fee is 400 RMB for one semester and 800 RMB for one academic year.

This insurance is requisite to the registration. International students without insurance cannot register at BFSU.

凡我校来华留学生入学注册时需购买我校指定的来华人员综合保险（含人身意外伤害医疗险和住院医疗保险），保费400元人民币/半年，800元人民币/一年。

保险作为办理新学期注册的必备材料，未办理投保手续者，不予注册。

When checking in at dormitory, students should log in to the “Online Residence Registration System for Overseas Visitors in Beijing” with a personal mobile number purchased within China and complete their registration within 24 hours according to the relevant regulations. The front desk staff at the international student dormitory will provide instructions on the online residence registration,and students can also seek help and guidance at the IBS Orientation booth, where volunteers and IBS teachers are available.(Students can get a Chinese SIM card on site, it is recommended to get your SIM card before checking in your room).

学生在我校留学生公寓办理入住手续时，应通过在中国境内购买的个人手机号码登录“北京境外人员网上住宿登记系统”，根据公安机关的相关规定在24小时内上传住宿登记。

Reminder: Students who kept their rooms during winter break can skip this step.

提醒：寒假保留房间未退房的学生可以跳过这一步。

留学生公寓前台工作人员会提供登记住宿信息的流程说明，同学们也可以在IBS服务台寻求指导和帮助（报到现场可办理中国手机卡，建议同学们最先办理手机卡）。

国际商学院2024秋季学期迎新服务台标志

Students who live off-campus should apply for a Temporary Accommodation Certificate at the local police station within 24 hours of their stay according to the relevant regulations. They should also present the above certificate upon registration.

校外住宿学生应根据公安机关的相关规定在入住后24小时内到所在地派出所开具临时住宿登记证明，报到时需出示临时住宿登记证明。

（1）International students should bring their passports and apply for an X1 or X2 visa. Students who have attained permanent residence in China can register and study at our university with their documents.

国际学生应当持因私普通护照，办理 X1 或 X2 签证注册学习，已取得永久居留资格的外国人，可以凭永久居留证件在我校注册学习。

（2）Students who entered China with an X1 visa please add Ms. Zhang as a friend in WeChat (WeChat ID: SLvisa). The QR code is as follows. Ms. Zhang will help the students with appointments for the physical examination and visa application.

持X1签证入境的学生请添加张老师微信，微信号：SLvisa，微信二维码见下图。张老师将协助学生预约体检并办理签证

（3）For our current stduents,if the residence permit on the passport will be expired in mid-September or at the end of September, please apply for the extension of the residence permit on the registration day. At the same time, please make sure that return to school on time before it expires, and No need to apply for a new visa for coming back.

Please add Ms. Zhang as a friend in WeChat (WeChat ID: SLvisa). The QR code is as follows. Ms. Zhang will help the students with appointments for the extension of the Residenc permit!

对于在校老生，如果护照上的居留许可将在9月到期（9月中或9月底），请在注册时办理居留许可延期，并在居留许可到期前按时返校，无需重新办理签证。请联系并添加张老师微信，二维码如下，张老师将帮助大家办理居留许可延期申请。

Kindly Reminder：For certain process that do not support international card payments, such as insurance, visa fees, and SIM cards, students who don’t have a chinese bank card are advised to prepare some cash, it is recommended to have around RMB 2000.

温馨提示：由于个别业务不支持外卡支付（如保险费、签证费、电话卡），没有中国境内银行卡的同学请准备一些现金，建议人民币2000元左右。
