Learning from different cultures is rewarding for everybody’s lives; in my case, I had the chance to live together with a great Chinese professor, Bingo, who is now our Extended Family brother. 从不同文化中学习对每个人的生活都很有意义；就我而言，我有机会与一位非常优秀的中国教授（Bingo）共同度过一段难忘的时光，他现在已经是我们大家庭中的一员。 First, I would like to highlight the differences when having a dinner in a Chinese context and some important things to be considered when doing business. Living in Mexico represents a lot of American influence in our lives, from language to some traditions; in this case, dinner is the main point. 首先，我想强调在中国的文化背景下用餐时的差异以及做生意时需要考虑的一些重要事项。在墨西哥生活意味着我们的生活其实受到了很多美国的影响，从语言到一些传统；在这种情况下，晚餐是重点。 First, I noticed it is very important for Chinese culture to share; for Westerns, it is very common to have one dish for everyone, but here it is better and more polite to order several dishes so everyone on the table can eat from all of them, which I consider very interesting and hope to take to my family in Mexico. 首先，我注意到分享对于中国文化非常重要；对于西方人来说，每人一份菜（单独的盘子）很常见，但在这里，点好几道菜让餐桌上的每个人都能从所有菜中夹取食用更好也更有礼貌，我觉得这非常有趣，希望能把这种方式带回墨西哥的家里。 Also, I realized that showing respect to the older ones is highly important; we were eating and talking and a couple of guests arrived, so some of our classmates invited stood up and would cheer with both hands, they explained to us it’s mandatory and polite, something I would not do in Mexico, but completely understood its importance and now I think it could also be good to know for a business meeting. 此外，我意识到尊重长辈非常重要；我们正在吃饭聊天，有几位客人来了，所以我们的一些同学站起来双手举杯欢迎，他们向我们解释这是必须的也是礼貌的，这在墨西哥我是不会做的，但完全理解了其重要性，现在我认为在商务会议中了解这一点也很好。 As the time went by, I also understood more important facts for Chinese environment; for example, during my CCBE class we were taught all I have said before, and also explained the fact it is not good for people to stick the chopsticks in rice, and also the importance of giving mianzi, which will allow us to give good impressions and to cut deals if necessary. 随着时间的流逝，我也了解到了更多有关中国环境的重要事实；例如，在我的 CCBE 课程中，我们学到了我之前提到的所有内容，还解释了把筷子插在米饭里不好，以及给面子的重要性，这能让我们给人留下好印象，必要时还能促成交易。 I only hanged out with him 3 times for dinner, but I would have loved to do more activities so I could write more. However, I did enjoy this great opportunity IBS.BFSU gave to me. I will go back to Mexico telling great references with amazing memories from this program.我只和他一起吃过三次晚餐，但我本希望能一起参加更多活动，这样我就能写更多东西。不过，我确实很享受 IBS.BFSU 给我的这个绝佳机会。我回到墨西哥时，会讲述这些很棒的经历，带着这个项目留下的美好回忆。
