“游戏规则说明”
GAME INSTRUCTIONS
Two teams will compete against each other, aiming to eliminate all players on the opposing team by hitting them with the ball while avoiding getting hit themselves.
比赛将由两支队伍互相对抗，目标是通过击中对方所有队员而淘汰对方，同时尽量避免被球击中。
参赛要求 Team Requirements
Team Composition 队伍构成 Each batch will have 10-12 players (mixed gender). During the game, 8 players will be on the court while others will assist or act as substitutes. 每组10-12名队员（男女混合），比赛时每队上场8人，其他队员作为替补或帮助捡球。 Player Substitution 队员替换 Teams can switch players each round, but there must be at least 2 female players on the court at all times. 每轮可以更换参赛队员，场上必须至少有2名女性队员。 |

Participants will be awarded certificates, and winners will also receive medals and scholarship points.

GAME RULES
Know the rules before you play!
1
One foul = One point for the opponents
犯规一次=对方得一分。
2
A player is allowed up to 6 fouls per game before being disqualified for that game.
每名队员最多犯规6次，超过将被取消本场比赛资格。

All balls must be thrown or bounced. No rolling the ball.
球必须抛掷或弹跳，不能滚动传球。

If a player fails to catch the ball and it hits the ground, possession goes to the opponent.
球落地即判为对方球权。

No hitting the ball once your opponent has caught it.
如果对方已接住球，则不得再击打球。

Out-of-bounds balls will be served from specific areas on the line.
边线发球：发球时应在指定区域内发出。如果对方已接住球，则不得再击打球。

Serve from the borderline at the start of the game or after a point is scored, only after the referee's whistle.
发球时必须站在边线，裁判哨响后开始发球。

No additional steps are allowed once the ball is in hand.
球在手中时不可再移动脚步。

No intentional use of other body parts except hands to control the ball.
不可使用除手部以外的身体部位控制球。

No player can hold the ball for more than 3 seconds, except the captain.
每名队员控球时间不得超过3秒，队长除外。

Keep a minimum distance of 3 feet (about arm’s length) from the thrower.
投掷者与防守者之间必须保持至少3英尺距离。

No insulting opponents or referees (Referee's decision is final).
不得侮辱对手或裁判（裁判决定最终结果）。
