Where can I make a reservation?

Please reserve your room as instructed by “Reservation instructions for accommodation in BFSU International Student Service System” (see Attachment 1). Given limited dormitory resources, the reservation is made on a first-come-first-served basis until all available rooms are booked up. If you haven't registered before, please refer to "How to register a new account of BFSU International Student Service System" (see Attachment 2) to register a new account and bind your study information.

How to book a room online?
1. Look through room types, price, vacancies, and other information online.
2. Choose the room according to your needs and the number of rooms available, and then submit your application when the reservation system is open.
3. Wait for the review and processing by the relevant staff. When the system displays "Status: Confirmed", it means your reservation for accommodation is completed.
4. You are not required to pay deposit after reservation.
5. After making a successful reservation, it is necessary to complete the check-in process within the designated period (September 4th to 6th, 2024). Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your reservation. If there are valid reasons preventing you from checking in on time, please inform your School of enrollment in advance and provide relevant documentation.

Relevant requirements
1. When checking in, students must go through the accommodation registration procedures at the receiption desk and sign the “Letter of Commitment on Accommodation at BFSU” (See attachment 3).

2. During the stay, students must pay the accommodation fee in time and in full amount (pay by semester when checking in), observe the laws and regulations of China and the rules of BFSU, and obey BFSU’s provisions for accommodation management and articles in the Accommodation Agreement.

Reminders of living in BFSU
(1) Cooking in dormitory rooms is strictly prohibited. Students who have cooking needs, please refer to the opening hours of the public kitchen to cook in the kitchen. Violators will be subject to written punishment, cancellation of scholarship application and qualification of living in any dorms on campus!
(2) Students should remember to double check，unplug the charger and turn off the power to the plug board when leaving the room to prevent fire.
(3) Smoking is strictly prohibited in the dormitory. Students are strictly prohibited from smoking in the dormitory, anywhere in the building, including the corridors, stairs and personal rooms. Some students are allergic to smoke. Please avoid this behavior for the sake of others and your own health. Students caught smoking indoors will be subject to the following disciplinary measures: written warning, cancellation of scholarship and qualification of living the dorm on campus.
(4) Take care of your personal knives. After using utensils (knives) in the kitchen, please store them in your personal room. Do not keep personal knives in public place（Kitchen）, in case of accidents such as physical conflicts, others use your "personal knives" to carry out injuries, then the "knives" owner will also face legal punishment.
