健康喝咖啡和茶,记住3点
咖啡和茶虽然都饮用效果更好,但要注意这里的“茶”,不是奶茶、水果茶,而是自己冲泡的茶(绿茶、红茶、乌龙茶等);咖啡也建议是美式黑咖啡或者不加糖的拿铁咖啡。尽量不要选择含有大量糖的奶茶、水果茶,以及含有大量糖浆的咖啡。过量的糖摄入反而会导致肥胖等,增加多种慢性疾病风险。
