As part of the urban renewal plan, this mixed-use development aims for regaining the glory of Luohu district. With a unique Global Studio approach, the Shanghai studio together with Sydney studio delivered a successful scheme proposing an exceptional “Crown of Luohu” experience from landmark tower redefining the skyline of Luohu CBD to a civic center integrating retail, offices, residential education and community spaces.Woods Bagot will be commissioned to design the supertall tower, retail podium and retail interior design.
