Congratulations! 20 delegates completed the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award “Level 2 –Deliver the Award” training in Guangzhou from 9-10 November. They are now qualified Award leaders, Adventurous Journey supervisors and Adventurous Journey assessors.
11月9日-10日，有20名学员在广州完成了爱丁堡公爵国际奖二级“奖项执行”培训，其中我校有6位老师完成培训。证书的获取意味着他们业已成为合格的爱奖导师、户外探索科目的督导和户外探索科目评估员的资格。

1-day
两天的培训充分将理论与实践结合, 让参加者了解爱奖的运作原则, 再在实战与考核环节加以应用。内容包括爱奖的基本原则，AJ的10项要求，ORB的使用，迷你AJ的计划和演练等。
The level 2 training integrated lecture, activities, and practice to let the delegates understand the Award rationale and apply to their actual working situation. The training includes the Guiding Principles of DofE, 10 AJ Requirements, ORB, Mini AJ Planning, etc.
今次的午饭后活动是对团队合作和沟通能力的极大考验，而这恰恰是在完成奖项的过程中十分需要的素质。蒙眼人需听从队友的指令移动位置，并将球射入球门。
This post-lunch activity was a great test of teamwork and communication skills, the very qualities that are so needed in completing the Awards. Blindfolded people were required to follow their teammates' instructions to move into position and shoot the ball into the goal.
当然啦，Mini AJ是永恒的培训重头戏。本次的mini-AJ有点身临其境的感觉哎。
Of course, the Mini AJ is always the training highlight!
