Preface


On Apr. 25, Auto China 2024 kicked off under the theme of "Driving to Smart Mobility." A total of 117 vehicles had their global debut, with 278 NEVs showcased. Around 500 technology companies alongside parts and components enterprises from 13 countries and regions exhibited their innovative achievements.
At Auto China 2024, "attention" has become the most critical metric. Before the show, many executives launched their debut live streams. During the show, a host of bosses including Lei Jun, Zhou Hongyi, and Wei Jianjun stole the limelight.
Judging by the new models and exhibits, Chinese brands have moved towards dominance in the local market. Multinational and joint-venture brands also highly valued the show, launching brand activities and announcing new products and promotional policies before the show, while also declaring partnerships with Chinese internet companies.
On Apr. 28, Premier Li Qiang visited the show to emphasize the development of NEVs in China and highlight the continued importance of opening up.
Above all, Auto China 2024 showcased China's leadership in manufacturing and the demand for new automobiles in the new era.

At Auto China 2024, automobile vertical platforms such as Autohome, Yiche and Dongchedi still played the main role in communication. Regarding social media, Weibo contributed nearly 15% of the total volume.
