由于基体偏压、沉积温度和涂层厚度的改变使得原子的扩散能力及成分离析程度发生变化,故Ti、Al、Si、N元素浓度随溅射参数的变化呈现轻微波动。当基体偏压、沉积温度和涂层厚度增加时,由于涂层在沉积的过程中产生空位、错配等晶格缺陷,使得Ti3Al2N2相在(105)面的衍射峰出现宽化现象。当沉积温度为550°C,涂层的硬度相对较高,抵抗塑性变形的能力较强,在摩擦的过程中可以减小涂层与摩擦副的机械互锁作用,耐磨性最好。TiAlSiN涂层的磨损机制主要为磨粒磨损、疲劳磨损和氧化磨损。
本文采用磁控溅射技术在H13钢的表面沉积TiAlSiN涂层,研究涂层的微观结构、硬度、结合强度和摩擦磨损性能,探究基体偏压、沉积温度及涂层厚度对涂层性能的影响规律,并揭示其作用机理,获得高表面性能的模具涂层制备工艺方案,为实际的工业生产提供理论支撑和技术支持,从而降低模具制造成本,减少材料和能源消耗,具有显著的经济、生态效益。
