We are currently looking for a Technical Support Engineer. You will play a pivotal role in supporting our team's efforts to ensure our customers can seamlessly maintain and optimise our innovative robotics solutions. As a key member of our after-sales team, you will:
Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution;
Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams;
Quickly respond to field service queries to ensure customer satisfaction and equipment availability;
Be responsible for the training of service partners and taking responsibility for regional service partner management;
Engage in other service-related work;
Be comfortable working on-site at customer locations (2 - 4 weeks).

To be successful in this role, you must have a problem-solving mindset, be proactive, and have an affinity for operational excellence. In addition, you meet the following criteria:
You are a quick learner with excellent hands-on skills, both mechanical and electrical;
You have recently graduated or you have a minimum of 2 years of site engineering experience;
You can read and draw electric construction diagrams;
You possess strong communication skills. Proficiency in Chinese and English in both oral and written form is a must;
Some basic knowledge of networks or databases is preferred;
You can travel frequently in the European region. Travelling time is around 60% - 80%.
