Research Scientist in Biotechnology and Single Cell Biology
职责描述：
1. 熟练使用拉曼单细胞技术平台及Nanopore测序平台。
2. 进行微生物学、分子生物学、细胞生物学实验，包括基因改造、分子克隆、细胞表型分析等。
3. 使用动物实验模型进行安全性评估。
4. 推动微生物知识科普项目的翻译与外界合作。
5. 合作撰写科学报告和期刊文章。在国际会议上发表论文，并参加各类研讨会宣传科研成果。
6. 在实验室环境中使用科学仪器设备。
7. 参与合作项目，支持小组工作，并在需要时与管理团队沟通配合。
8. 参与实验室的日常管理运行。
9. 承担团队其他必要工作。
Responsibilities:
1.Be proficient in using the single cell Raman platform and Nanopore sequencing.
2. Carry out microbiology, molecular biology, cell biology research, including gene manipulations, molecular cloning, and analysis of cell physiology.
3.Assess safety using animal experimental models.
4.Promote the translation and external collaboration of microbial literacy popularization projects.
5. Collaborate in the preparation of scientific reports and journal articles. Present papers at national conferences, and lead seminars to disseminate research findings.
6.Use scientific equipment in a laboratory environment.
7.Support the project team in integrating activities across the partner organizations, including liaison between research teams and carry out administrative roles as required.
8.Contribute to the day-to-day running of an experimental laboratory.
9.Undertake other duties to be assigned by the project team, as required.

选拔标准 Selection criteria
基本条件：
1. 相关领域博士学位或即将博士毕业。
2. 具有分子生物学、细胞生物学、动物实验等领域的较强的实验能力。
3. 良好的英语听说读写能力。
4. 具有学术研究及相关活动管理能力。
5. 具有文章发表或作报告的相关经验。
优先考虑:
1. 具有拉曼生物学检测经验。
2. 熟悉生物信息学和基因/蛋白数据分析。
3. 具有科学类知识竞赛参与或组织经验。
1. Hold a relevant Doctoral degree (or be near completion), together with relevant experience.
2. Possess strong experimental capabilities in the fields of molecular biology, cell biology, and animal experimentation.
3. Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
4. Ability to manage own academic research and associated activities.
5. Previous experience of contributing to publications/presentations.
Desirable:
1. Experience in Raman detection of biological samples.
2. Familiar with bioinformatics and gene/protein data analysis.
3. Experience in participating or organizing scientific competitions.
