Oxford Suzhou Centre for Advanced Research is looking to recruit a Chemical Engineering & Process Engineer (Pilot Scale-up) who will be responsible for pilot test validation and scale-up production of the new products of polymer materials, energy storage materials, optoelectronic materials and biological manufacturing processes.

职责描述：
1. 承担在研产品的中试验证、放大生产的方案设计和研究工作，保证生产过程的安全、合规。
2. 负责中试验证、放大生产各阶段的过程改进以及设备选型，管道选型和布局；
3. 负责开发新产品、新工艺等技术的专利申请和项目申报等工作；
4. 撰写可行性报告、论文、流程SOP等专业技术文件；
5. 完成领导交代的其他任务。
Responsibilities:
2. Responsible for the selection, sizing, and layout of reactors and other equipment, as well as the selection and layout of pipelines during the pilot test validation and scale-up production stages.
3. Responsible for the patent applications and project submissions for the development of new products and processes.
4. Draft feasibility reports, papers, process SOPs, and other professional technical documents.
5. Perform other duties advised by the supervisor.

选拔标准 Selection criteria
基本条件：
1. 化学工程与工艺、生物化工、精细化工、电子机械等专业硕士学历。
2. 具有3年以上中试放大经验，熟悉化工产品中试流程。
3. 了解生产要求，能编制相关标准文件，熟悉各种相关设备。
4. 具备项目管理经验。
5. 有一定的承压能力，具有良好的职业道德操守和保密意识。
1. 化工设计与项目开发与管理的工业界经验。
2. 英文综合能力佳。
Essential:
1. master’s degree in Chemical Engineering and Process, Biochemical Engineering, Fine Chemicals, Chemical Machinery, Polymer Materials, or related majors.
2. At least 3 years of work experience in pilot testing and scale-up production, familiar with the pilot testing process of chemical products.
3. Familiar with production requirements, able to compile relevant standard documents, and familiar with various related equipment.
4. Experience in project management.
6. Able to work under pressure, with good professional ethics and confidentiality awareness.
1. Industrial experience in chemical process design and project management.
2. Good English.
