The vacancy：
任职者将主要协助本组研究员的工作。研究员的工作主要是进行亲水表面涂层及其制备工艺的优化和放大，应用于多种材料表面改性以及实现抗菌性能。该工作会涉及到有机化学(涂层材料的制备、方法优化和性能表征)、化学工程(工艺的放大及流程的改进)和材料科学(功能性应用的开发)，根据需要使用多种分析技术进行广泛的化学、表面以及相应聚合物的分析和表征。
职责描述：
1. 基于现有的技术，优化实验方案，并进行工艺放大。
2. 做好详细的实验记录。
3. 使用和维护实验室专业仪器设备，协助实验室管理团队。
4. 测试、分析各种实验的结果和数据，审查、完善工作假设，以推进项目。
The RT will mainly assist the work of Research Scientists at OSCAR. The RT will work on the project of optimizing a new surface modification strategy for introducing antimicrobial properties on a wide variety of substrates This project involves organic chemistry (preparation, optimization and characterization of the hydrophilic coating material), chemical engineering (scale-up and improvement of the fabrication process) and materials science (development on functional applications), and will require extensive chemical, surface and polymer analysis and characterisation using routine analytical techniques.
