Prepare, schedule and monitor production master planning and deployment to achieve operation and business needs in plant, to ensure the organisation has the structure and capabilities to support sales, deliver its strategic objectives.
Support OMP, SAP and digitalization project implementation.
Prepare and schedule specific plant production plan and deployment plan
Supervise, monitor and manage all plant production plan
Take action to analysis root cause of supply gap, solve supply issue and best practice sharing
Manage the communication with cross-function stakeholders
Support Inventory management to avoid gap to safety stock, excess stock, block stock
Support capacity and utilization analysis for production lines
New products development status following up
Necessary report to support business visibility
Support OMP and SAP system implementation
Financial: Support factory NSV around 50Miusd
Function-related: Production line quantity: 50+ SKU quantity: 300+
Internal: Factory plant manager, factory production manager, factory planner, NPM manager, MKT manager, procurement buyer, logistic supervisor
Knowledge & Experience:
8-10 years of supply plan or related working experience
3-5 year team management experience
Bachelor’s degree
Mayjor in business, finance, supply chain management is preferred
Fluent in English as working language
Skills (Capabilities):
Proficient at excel
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
High integrity, self-motivated, independent, be proactive and team spirit
Excellent communication and report skills
Logical thinking and Analytical skills
