Abstract: In Yuanyin Primary School, an enchanting sound, namely 'FM709 - The Voice of Yuanyin', the English radio station of the school, can be heard. Each Wednesday, it permeates every nook and cranny of the campus. Our 'Voice of Yuanyin', which has established a variety of broadcasting sections, serves as a platform for cultivating students' personality development and enhancing their oral English proficiency. It enables children to shine brightly and acquire growth and confidence in the realm of English.
在四川天府新区元音小学校，有一个充满魅力的声音——元音小学英语广播“FM709-The Voice of Yuanyin”，每周三会传遍校园的每个角落。我们的“元音之声”设置了多个播报板块，是学校培养学生个性发展、锻炼口语能力的舞台，能让孩子们在英语的世界里尽情绽放光彩，收获成长与自信。
今天，来自三年级八班的吴语笛和夏司宸两位同学为大家带来两则故事分享——《卖火柴的小女孩》和《为中华之崛起而读书》，我们一起来听听吧！
三年级8班 吴语笛
大家好，我是一个开朗直爽且温柔善良的女生，我热爱班集体，乐于助人，是老师的小帮手。我有很多爱好，比如画画、手工、舞蹈、阅读。我最喜欢的是游泳，因为游泳让我充满自信，敢于挑战。我有一个伟大的理想，长大了当一名光荣的人民教师。
三年级8班 夏司宸
大家好，我是一个积极向上，活泼开朗的男孩。我喜欢交朋友，乐于助人，思维灵活。我有许多的爱好，诸如写作、朗诵、书法、英语、绘画、运动等。我还特别喜欢看书，喜欢沉浸在书海里。因为读书能带给我知识和乐趣。我热爱元音这个大家庭，享受在学校开心学习的每一天。

In the first story, it seemed that I accompanied the little match girl through that cold and cruel Christmas Eve. She was selling matches alone on the street, but no one paid any attention to her. She was cold, hungry and didn't dare to go home. When she lit the matches one after another, she saw a roast chicken, a Christmas tree and her most-missed grandma. However, as soon as the matches went out, all those wonderful things disappeared. Where on earth did she go in the end? And in the second story, it was about that in the moral education class at the beginning of the new school year, the principal asked the students why they studied. The students had various answers until that classmate clearly and firmly said "Study for the rise of China". The principal was greatly inspired. But who was this classmate with such great ambitions?
